"My parents are dead? My parents are dead?! My parents are dead!"The girl got up and ran out of the very silent Great Hall.
Then whispers broke out.
"Oh my god! Who would be so mean?" I stated
James and Sirius looked at one another.
"It's him isn't it James?"
"I don't know Sirius, I don't know."
"Who? What? What are we all missing here?" I demanded.
"Voldermort.' He replied.
"Volde-Who??"
"Voldemort, the Dark Lord, he's been gaining power for about 3 years. e goes around getting supporters kills, who doesn't join him, muggles, muggleborns, and half bloods." he said quietly.
"Oh." That's all I could get out of my mouth.
Just then Dumbledore stood up." Attention students. I ask you go back to your dorms for the rest of the day.
We all got up and headed for the Gryffindor common room.
It was the fullest the Common Room had ever been, yet it was so, so, quiet.
After that news kept coming of more attacks and families destroyed.
In February came news that was unbearable for James and Sirius.
