Thanks to "Poison Ivy, and "Laurabeth" for the reviews. Those sound like sad/romantic stories. Anyways, here's the second chapter, I'll try to make it a bit longer than the first!!!
As Amy arrived at school, she walked inside to be mixed in a large group of excited teenagers, all talking about summer vacations. She lost her sister, Amanda, and slowly made her way to the gym. Here the principal made announcements, and Amy found her homeroom number and locker number.
At homeroom, she met up with Stephanie. Stephanie was her best friend when she attended Ridgecrest. They exchanged schedules, and found that homeroom and gym class were the only classes they had together!
As Amy sat chatting with Stephanie, she heard the announcements come on. Mr. Hearnshore mentioned that band practice would start tomorrow morning at 7:00 sharp.
`Hmmm, I wonder If I should try out?' Amy thought.
"Do you like it?"
"Huh?"
"You're not listening to a word I'm saying. I asked you what you thought about my shade of nailpolish!"
"Oh, sorry" Amy mumbled, as she gathered her books up and headed to first class.
