Well, it was a boring evening!!! I uploaded two chapters, r&r!
The next morning, Amy arrived early at school. She walked into the music room, and there was only 5 other people setting up chairs. She didn't know any of the people.
`Maybe this was a bad thing.' Amy thought to herself.
Stephanie was supposed to meet her here, but 10 minutes before she was going to leave for band, Stephanie backed out.
`Oh well, I'm here now... Maybe this could be fun?'
She sat down beside a girl that seemed nice. The teacher came out of her office. Amy could smell coffee on her breath as she leaned over her stand to speak.
"I see we don't have a fantastic turnout." The teacher joked.
Two girls laughed, then were silent.
Just then the door opened and a boy walked in. Amy knew him. His name was Josh, he was 15, and only like the hottest boy in the school! Maybe band wouldn't be so bad.
Josh winked at her and sat down at the drums.
As the teacher assigned instruments, two more students trudged in. They're names were Jenna and Mason Amy soon found out. Amy chose the Tenor Saxophone. She had played Alto Saxophone in her school band.
They tuned up and the teacher handed music and folders out. As band ended and she was cleaning her instrument, she felt the eyes of someone on her. She turned to see Josh staring at her, she turned away blushing.
She packed up her instrument and walked to her locker alone.
Later that day, she saw Josh again, only he was winking at Rachael. Her heart was crushed. Rachael was her enemy. They had been enemies since grade two. Rachael had always been mean to her. Now she was flirting with Josh. Amy slammed her locker shut, and walked to homeroom.
