My Humble Life
My life at Shohoku High was peaceful. I was content. I thought I was happy… but then….
It started all out with Akagi. He was such a good leader. I admire his strength a great deal. He always handles me with the passion of an athlete… and I love the way he slams me, hard. It never ceases to rattle me senseless. But I love it… Don't ask me why, I just love it!
Then came Mitsui. He was once an MVP in his junior high. He has the talent to make it to the distance. Yes, he likes to go distant, and then surprisingly bridged the gap. Just like he used to do to me! He alone can make me soar that high... with the precision that up to now shook me with fond recollection… But he left. And that made my heart break….
And then Ryota… At first, I do not believe he could be good… I mean, with him vertically challenged, and that earring! Yikes, I don't like my men looking like some second-rate dung! But he proved me wrong. And I was glad. Very, very glad indeed. His speed just left me breathless. It's exhilarating! Because I haven't experienced yet being touched that fast…. But he also left me broken hearted…. Why?
And then, the springtime of my life arrived…. Rukawa and Hanamichi. My ice and fire masters. Whereas Rukawa knows all the moves, Hanamichi amuses me with his unconventional antics. The two always fight. And though sometimes it irritates me, their fights only ignite the burning passion that only I could feel. Lately, my nights haven't been that lonely as before. For either or both my masters are there to burn with me! And I burn for them…
And now, my 5 favorite men are together, at last my life is complete! I do not care if they share me. I think I like it best… But my ice master thinks otherwise. For he only wants himself to possess me. The rest do not favor such behavior… They have tried to coax him into sharing… Maybe he will learn… someday.
For some time, I was ecstatic. They are with me… around me… over me! If this isn't heaven, then I don't know what is… Ryota with the speed, Mitsui the precision, Akagi the strength, Rukawa the moves, and Hanamichi with the innocence! My love for each is incomparable… for I cannot tell which I love the most. It is the curse of a humble life suddenly shattered… but I do not regret having met them at the same time… I love my men. And I believe in them… I believe they can really make it to the IH.
