~Just a little rambling~
I have a very strong education in the Middle/Dark Ages area, goldphoenix. Don't preach facts at me, and DON'T tell me to do some research. I know what I'm doing, thank you.
In Emperor Mage, Duke Gareth the Elder has to be in his 50s or 60s. There is just no other way. So what's wrong, may I ask, with him living to be 70? Tortall is a FANTASY kingdom. There should be no problem with Duke Gareth living to be 70. Besides, these people have healing magic, and I'm sure they'd be able to keep him alive a while longer. In the Middle Ages, although it was rare, there WERE some cases where people lived to be 70.I would rant in the review section, but I wanted to re-post this. Man, this fic was pushed down far. After half a day of being up, it was #14. So this is actually an excuse to re-post. ^_^
Chapter 2 is in process, but I want 25 reviews before I actually post it. I don't know why I picked 25. It's…um…a nice number? I'm always toughest on asking for reviews in my first chapter, so I'll be asking for less in Chapter 2.
Of course some of the major characters are going to fall! Ehe. But I'm not saying I'm gonna kill them off. Just wait and see.
