I sit here
hands on head

thinking what I should
have done for her.....

She was so beautiful
and they called her Hilde Schbeiker

I should have said something
maybe a 'Hi how are ya.'

But no I clamped my heart
again.....

Now she is gone
out of my reach forever.

Oh I could have said, 'Hey how are ya.'
and then maybe she would be here with me.

She just walked in the room,
'I am sorry but you forgot this.'

My eyes filled with tears
as I stood up.

'Hi how are ya?'
