NOTES: It's a little wrong, I know. Sorry.

Lorelai Gilmore had once been Rory. Had once been an innocent child so many years ago. Before she fell pregnant, dropped out of Chilton, failed the Harvard Test, got rejected from a book publication, fell pregnant again but had a miscarriage which led to severe illness, moved to New York, gotten a job as a police officer and got stood at the alter.

'Are you ok?' Lorelai asked to the woman on the pavement

The other officer was already ringing 911.

'Who did this to you?'

'My husband…'

'Where did he go?'

'That way…' she pointed to an alleyway

'Ben, take care of her.' She said

Ben nodded, and aided the woman.

She ran along the street. It was night, she liked doing night patrol. Her daughter was scared when she went out at night, and she was left by her self. Lorelai couldn't afford to pay a babysitter and had to leave Fate at home.

She saw a man running, but he was 200m away. He had blonde hair, and he was wearing all leather. He had climbed a fence, which she was about to do. She had never really been fast or strong, or at least hadn't noticed it. But she was now.

Lorelai passed her building. She had bought the apartment with the money her grandfather had left her. Her grandparents were shocked when they learnt she was pregnant. What hurt them most was who was the father…and how she had thrown her life away.

She did feel sorry, but like her mother, she wouldn't have given up the baby for anyone. For anything. It was her daughter, and her life now. Her parents, her grandparents, they couldn't do anything.

But the truth was, her innocence never went away. Her maturity stayed, and she learnt a lot, but her innocence never went away.

The last time she had seen her mother had been a couple of years ago, at Christmas. That didn't turn out well, for so many reasons that there was no point in explaining it. Her mother had left her, had abandoned her. Well, that was how she felt. She thought that she could trust her grandmother more.

She had seen some of her old school friends, Lane Kim for instance. Lane had gotten married to a boy she had broken up with, called Robert. They had two daughters. It was a shock to Lorelai that one had been named Rory.

Paris Geller was editor for the Chronicle, a Manhattan newspaper. She had become extremely wealthy, and maybe even happy. She bumped into her on the streets, and she enjoyed that.

She was jealous, of course. Paris had gone to Harvard, and had the life Lorelai had always wanted. She tried to convince herself that she had a beautiful daughter, but unfortunately, it never worked.

She had been married once nearly. 3 years ago. She was so certain on commitment, and happiness, and marriage, and children again, she had fallen in love with a jerk. He didn't turn up to the wedding. Lorelai had a bit of a nervous breakdown, and Fate nearly got taken away from her.

She pulled herself together again, for the sake of Fate. She saw her near husband Erik about once a month. They smiled politely, hiding their hatred for each other.

Lorelai had written a book called "Mother Daughter". It was based on her relationship with her mother, but the publication company didn't like it at all. They rejected her after reading the first page.

She caught up to the man, and thrashed him up against the wall. She had become decently strong, stronger than him anyone. But when she looked in his eyes, and he looked in hers, they had the same reaction.

'Tristan?'

'Mary?'

She was dumbfounded, but he pushed her back to the ground. Her head ached, but he was ok. He ran off. She couldn't do anything. Just watch.
