Usagi looked shyly over at the man standing in the corner. He had been staring at her all night..and with good reason. There she was, in a blue slenderizing dress that brought out the sky blue in her eyes making them dance and shine. Her blonde hair was let down flowing gracefully down her to her knees and put back with diamond clips.
Still looking at the man she then made her move. Walking with the grace of a princess she made her way across the dance floor.

A faded kind of day love

Mamoru then watched the goddess-like girl walk across the dance floor towards him. He had been watching her all night, the way she moved with the guys she danced with. He wished he could get her into his arms, and now looked like his chance too.
"Hi." She said sweetly. He noticed the word seem to linger around her lips then slowly draw whom ever listened to there grasp.
"Do you always do that?" He asked. She looked at him completely clueless.
"What do you mean?" She replied. He could stay listening to her voice forever, he could cling to every word as they came out of her beautifully shaped mouth.
"Nothing, nevermind what I said, would you care to dance?" He finally asked her.
"I would love to."

It didn't mean a thing

They moved slowly onto the dance floor, completely lost in each others eyes. Total strangers they were just minuets ago, now they seem like lost lovers. They started to dance and everyone around them stopped and stared in awe of the couple flowing like one with each other to the music.

Doesn't know it is love

She looked up into his eyes wishing that this night would never end. She felt sparks when they had touched, and something in his eyes were drawing her nearer to him every second. She inhaled his sweet smell of roses and cinnamon and was taken away at how freely she could move with him.
'Is this love at first sight?'

He watched her small form in his arms move with him as they shared there dance. He not only felt perplexed that he had her in his arms, holding her close, smelling her sweet sent of daisies and sunflowers.

The song finally ended and they looked at each other in complete awe. Then ever so slowly there lips met in lovers first kiss.

They broke apart and looked into each others eyes for one last time, then went there separate ways. Usagi looked back and a single tear fell from her eyes.
"Mamo-chan.." She whispered and disappeared silently into the crowd.
