Hemerione's Wand
They say the wand picks it owner, and thats true. When I picked Hermione Granger I thought she was a nice, clever girl. Well, she is clever, maybe a little bit too clever.
She is constantly using me, never giving me a moments rest. I mean, you would think at night that she would let me rest, but no, of course not. Why would she ever think of letting her precious wand rest. That is out of the question. She jsut has to go on these little escapades with her little friends at all hours of the night.
I would never think I could say that someone could ever be too clever, but this girl is living breathing proof of the matter. From the moment she bought me she has used me. That she must've tried over 500 spells. No exaggeration! Honest.
Then even when she's not on one of her little "adventures" she is still up untill past midnight learning even more spells. Like she doesn't have enough stuffed in that brain of hers. Does she just have to fill it, and fill it, and fill it some more?!
I don't ask for much. Honestly. All I'm asking is to be allowed to rest every once in a while and a wipe down with 'Wendy's Wand Cleaner' wouldn't go a miss either. I mean, I have all these little grubby finger prints on my beautiful cherry wood.
Maybe I could do myself a favour and just break myself. Get it over with. Then little Miss Perfectionist won't be able to use me incessently. Then she could torture another innocent wand soul and finally let me get some peace and rest!
