"Guys be careful I just set a mouse trap. The Bloody things keep getting into my kitchen." Giles said as he slowly backed away from the kitchen door. "Okay Giles." Buffy and Willow said together. "I'm thirsty, you guys want anything to drink?" Riley asked standing from the couch. "Nah I'm cool." Buffy said lost in space. "No." Willow mumbled, immersed in a book. Xander grunted which Riley took as a yes, and Spike just shook his head, trying not to laugh.
Suddenly a snap and then a scream filled the air. "Huh?" Buffy asked coming back to reality. "What was that?" She asked. "I'll bet you twenty buck it was farmer boy." Spike whispered to Xander. "That couldn't have been him. That scream was too girly. Your on. I've heard him scream before." Xander smiled proudly. Racing Xander and Spike went ot the kitchen and sure enough there was Riley, sitting on the floor crying.
"Owwwwiieeeeeee!!" He balled like a little baby. "Dammnn you were right." Xander mumbled as he handed Spike the twenty. Spike just laughed. "Hey Slayer you better get in here and check on farm boy." Spike yelled laughing even harder. With Spike yelling Riley had finally noticed that everyone was in the room and laughing at him. Trying to salvage his pride he stood up. "What? I was hungry so I made me a sandwich. But there wasn't anymore cheese, so I was gonna get it from the mouse trap when it snapped on me." Riley said dopily. This had Spike in stitches, with Xander joining him. Willow was trying rather unsuccessfully to hold back her laughter and Buffy was cooing and coddling Riley.
Giles took one look at Riley with the mousetrap still on his fingers, rolled his eyes and walked back into the other room.
