A/N: This fic is about my thoughts after watching Fujima play in the Shohoku – Shoyo game… This is the first fic I ever finished and actually liked… R&R!

I was watching you then…
Watching you move as if you couldn't be touched…
Watching you glide through the court, as if nothing could bar your way.
You seemed oblivious to the world, caught up in the excitement and thrill you reveled in. The excitement and thrill of the game which you dominated from the very beginning.
You were calm just moments before, calm and cool as the deep blue ocean I see in your eyes, but you stunned me with your greatness, overwhelmed me with the sheer power you showed in your every act as you played the game.
I watched you…
Watched you give your all for victory which never came…
Watched you stare at people who were with you every step of the way, your eyes silently asking why.
Watched your eyes light up with tears as you nodded acceptance.
Do you remember?
I was there, cheering for you, letting you know I wanted you to win…
… Letting you know I would continue loving you no matter what…
I still do… And I wait patiently for the day where I could see you do it all over again…
And win.
