A/N: this script for Seinfeld is based on a true life experience I had.
BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!
George, still half asleep, hit the off button on his alarm clock, not realizing that it was a car, and not his clock, that was beeping. Staggering out of bed, he headed for the bathroom. Finally ready for work, George looked at his watch on the way out of his apartment. 1am in the morning it read. "1am," George mumbled out loud. "1am!!!! This can't be right!" He ran over to his alarm clock. It also read 1:00am. "This isn't happening. I'm dreaming. I'm dreaming!" he convinced himself. He ran over to Jerry's, still unconvinced that it was really 1am.
BUZZ! BUZZ!
"What?... how?... who could possibly be ringing my buzzer at this time of night?" Jerry thought out loud. He dragged along to his monitor. "Hello?" Jerry yawned as he waited for a reply.
"Jerry! Jerry! You gotta help me out here," George pleaded.
"What is it now George?"
"What time is it?!?!"
Jerry glanced over at his microwave, "1 o'clock in the morning. What's going on?"
"I'm dreamin Jerry. I'm dreamin! I know it!"
"Come on up George."
George ran into Jerry's apartment as he rushed from clock to clock. 1:00am, 1:00am, 1:00am, they all read. "1am!!!!" yelled George. He repetitively hit himself on his bald head.
"It's ok George. It's ok," Jerry tried to calm his friend down, "Come. Take a nap on my couch until its morning."
"Alright," George gave in, "but this is NOT really happening. I'm dreaming. When I wake..." George nodded off to sleep.
"Good night George," Jerry nodded disapproving this situation as he headed back into his room.
(scene fades to commercial)
(show is back on screen)
HONK! HONK!
A car beeped 10 stories below Jerry's apartment.
George woke up suddenly and glanced at his watch, "12pm. 12pm!!! Great! Now I'm late to work!" George gathered his things, mumbling to himself as he left Jerry's place, "First I'm early, now I'm late. This is my life!"
A/N: I don't feel like writing any more on this.
