When I got my letter from Hogwarts today I thought, "My fifth year at Hogwarts already. Time has flown." I can still remember vividly when I first saw that letter that saved me from insanity. Every time I see the shiny, green-ink letters on my envelope I get the special first time Hogwarts feeling. That feeling is the best feeling in the world........
I also got a letter from Ron. He asked me to stay the next few weeks at his house. Like I could say no. That fatso Dudley gets more horrid each day. I have to say, scaring him out of his wits by threating to use my magic is very funny though. Still, I can have another day of my Uncle's nit-picking attitude or cooking for Aunt Petunia.
I haven't recieved a letter from Hermione, which is very strange. Just an extremly early Birthday present. I wonder whats up with her lately. Girls can be so strange.
Sirus sent me a letter recently. Asked how I was doing. He said he and Dumbledore and everyone are well. He also told me that Professor McGonagal will be headmistriss while Professor Dumbledore is out. I have a feeling that Professor McGonagal being Headmistris and Snape gone, this year will be good.
I was thinking about Cho Chang. Maybe I am fighting a hopeless battle. Still there is that glimmer of hope. I did try to save Cedric......Even though this is horrible to say, I think that was the most perfect thing that could happen. Now she knows who I am personally, not just from rumors and textbooks. Still I have my eyes on someone else too........Someone very close to me.

Oka, another short chapter finished. Since the story is still forming, the chapters are short, but they will get longer, you got my word!
