Terra Calls
~
I am an ocean,
In need of a moon.
My tide has been in,
Longing to caress the beach.
Wanting to tickle the bank,
Play in the sand,
Burry children's creations.
~~
My moon must have a face,
For me to stare at all night,
And long for,
All day.
My moon must have a soul,
For me to hold,
And for it to give.
~~
What will guide me to my shore?
So I may throw my arms to the lighthouses,
Tangle my legs around the docks,
And smile to all those who find,
Peace,
Tranquility,
Love,
Watching me ebb.
~~
Moon I am looking,
Waiting for the night.
That night you will appear.
Locke-d in the sky,
With my hearts key.
Till then I stare at a star filled void,
Imagining,
You.
