Alone for awhile, I've been searching through the dark...
Tears slowly rolled down her cheeks. It had been five years sense it happened...But she still missed him.
For traces of the love you left inside my lonely heart
'Why had he died?' She'd always wondered. 'Why had he died?'
To weave by picking up the pieces that remain, Melodies of life-love's lost refrain
She held the red roses close to her chest. He had always loved red roses, now she planned to give them to him.
Our paths they did cross, though I cannot say just why
We met, we laughed, we held on fast and then we said goodbye
She placed the roses on the grave and hugged the small cross, crying uncontrollably.
And who'll hear the echoes of stories never told? Let them ring out loud, till they unfold
"Can you hear me?" She asked. "Is anyone there?"
In my dearest memories, I see you reaching out to me.
Though you're gone, I still believe that you can call out my name
"Wizardmon? Are you there?" She asked.
A voice from the past, joining yours and mine

And so it goes on and on

To the sky beyond the flying birds-forever and beyond
"Gatomon? Is that you old friend?"
"Wizardmon? Is it really you?"
"Would my voice just be floating around answering you?"
So far and away. See the bird as it flies by
Gilding through the shadows of the clouds up in the sky
I've laid my memories and dreams upon those wings
"I guess not...But why now? Why after so long? Will you ever be reborn?"
"Well...It's hard to say. Being killed in the real world, you can never really know."
"But you have to! Kari and I miss you too much!"
"If you really want me back so much...Go to Primary Village and look for a egg with my hat on it."
"Wizardmon?"
"Goodbye, Gatomon."
Leave them now and see what tomorrow brings

"Kari! Wizardmon is gonna be reborn! I just talked to him!"

"Gatomon?" The baby digimon asked. "It is really me, you know."

"'Kay! When I first met you, you're looking for someone. You jus' didn't know who. But it was Kari...I helped you find her," The baby digimon said.
"It really is you!"
"Yup! Why would I lie?"
"No...You're right...I've missed you so much!"
"I've missed you too...Were you able to return Ken to his true self?"
"You knew it was Ken?!"
"Uh-huh. Did you defeat the darkness?"
"Yes...We did...It was..."
"Who?"
"Myotismon...MaloMyotismon."
"Woah! Who would've guessed that?"
"Not me! That's for sure!"
If I should leave this lonely world behind, your voice will still remember our melody
Now I know we'll carry on
