I listen to the night air and the soft scratching sound of her quill. I glanced over at her and saw the light in her beautiful eyes as she answered the difficult question set in Transfiguration. I knew she was way out of my league. I was in my sixth year of Hogwarts she was in her fifth; a year younger then me and she had already dated lots more people than me. She was the most popular and beautiful girls in the school, her family was loaded and she was clever. She didn't let this go to her head though.Oh no, she still talked to the lower class people.
I come from a very poor family and I'm not what you would call an A* student and she had better things to do in her time than help me study for my tests. She was way to sweet for a girl of her stature when I first met her I was blinded by her beauty but I just thought that she might be a rich bitch like Draco Malfoy but she wasn't. She hated him in fact. Of course he wanted her and what Draco wanted he pretty much always got, and I didn't think that this time anything would be different. I would try my damned hardest to make it different. I had seen to many people get hurt by the Malfoys and I wasn't going to let it happen to her. Not to the person I love… no not love she was to good for me. Anyway back to the studying.
