Chapter 1: Accidental Exposure
Kitana looked at herself in the mirror, examining the size increase of her stomach area. This was the final factor that confirmed her suspicions…she was pregnant.
She had been sick everyday for the last few weeks but didn't want to jump to any conclusions.
Now seeing her weight gain it was obvious that she was having a baby. She couldn't believe it. This was the worst thing that could ever of happened to her. Kitana knew exactly who the father was…
"Kitana…can I come in?" Kung Lao's gentle voice whispered through the door, startling the barely dressed lady.
"Oh…hold on a second." She replied, whipping on a gown.
"Hi…" Kitana said opening the door, letting Kung Lao in.
"Good morning, I just thought I would check how are you today…been sick again?"
"Erm…no not this morning."
"Oh…Taja said she heard you throwing up."
"Me…no…"
"Are you okay? I get the feeling there is something your not telling me…there is nothing wrong is there?"
"No…don't worry about me, I'm fine. Taja must of mistaken me for the TV…"
"Yea, must be something like that…" Kung Lao said suspiciously.
"Do you mind if you leave me alone for a while, I need to get dressed and washed?"
"Oh…sure…sorry."
"Bye…" Kitana yelled slamming the door on Kung. She didn't want him to know she was pregnant, it would ruin everything.
Plus she wasn't sure she was pregnant yet…

Kitana tiptoed downstairs quietly, hoping to get out of the house unnoticed.
She could see the door was wide open and that there was no one around.
Kitana quickly leapt of the bottom step and towards the door before…
"Heya!" Taja yelled happily jumping out of nowhere, hitting Kitana in her stomach playfully.
"Ouch, DON'T DO THAT!" Kitana shouted angrily, carefully examining her lower area.
"Whoa, I was only playing around. Can't you take a joke?"
"Taja I'm not in the mood, plus you could cause me some damage!"
"Haha, what do you mean damage? It was a gentle jab in the stomach Kit, what is your problem? Its not like you're pregnant is it?"
"What? Why would you say that? I'm not pregnant…"
"Kitana…it was a joke, what is wrong with you today?"
"Well your jokes aren't funny okay, I'm not pregnant and if I was I wouldn't tell you!"
"Oh my God…your…your pregnant aren't you?"
