I Didn't

My glass heart aches from his love
It breaks and shatters, cutting my insides
I don't want to be alone
Internally bleeding

He said to me, "I love you"
And my glass heart thumped
I wish I could have been inside
To see if he had a soul

~I was warm~

And with my own hand
I kill him swiftly
Only to please him
Because I loved him too.

When I was with him
I felt something inside live
I should have saved him
But I didn't.
