Figures walk past me,

Lines of code,

Not people;

Those I have left

Outside the Matrix.

They look to me,

Though they do not know it,

And I must free them,

Give them souls

Outside the Matrix.

For I am the One,

But once I was One of them,

Alone, afraid,

But know I know my place

Outside the Matrix.

Ignorance is bliss

And they do not know.

I must tell them there is another world

Outside the Matrix.

But is it a better world I go to

When they unplug me?

Do they bring me to just

Another Matrix,

Outside the Matrix?
