On the surface of the planet, many poor and homeless live. Useless and meaningless wars have defaced and scarred the planet entirely. Dueling, a dangerous and deadly but high profit sport was introduced a year ago and has become the major activity of the planet. 23 years ago, the world was almost destroyed entirely by invading Zaute-su Galactic Empire. The battle was fought in mobile armored machines. Those mobile suits being quite outdated and obsolete of the technology rebirth age. Lumia is once again in danger of being destroyed.
