The Tale of the Dibbuns Burnt Tail!
By Basil Psyche
I don't own Redwall or any of the books. It's owned by Brian Jacques. But I would like it if you contacted me and got my permission first before you used this.Thank you!
------------------------------------------------------------
There once was a small Dibbun
and Singly was his name.
He liked to sing and dance
and dinner was his game.
He often tried to cheat
by getting an early meal
but people always caught him
and made him skin the eel.
(Which wasn't a very good deal!)
Singly hung out near the stove
He liked to stare at fire
but sometimes when he looked at it
he began to tire.
This wasn't very wise
because it produced many flashes,
and when young Swingy later woke up
his tail was turned to ashes!
Now whenever Singly
wants to get an early dinner,
he has to stop and think
would be it better to stay thinner?
---------------------------------------------------------
Author's Note: This is just a poem for entertainment and no Dibbuns were actually harmed in the production of ''The Tale of the Burnt Dibbuns Tail''.
Now that you've read my poem I'd like to hear what you think. Do you really like it or do you think it stinks. Oops sorry still rhyming! Please read and review.
