The Parcel
{Normal P.O.V}
It is Harry, Ron, Hermione, and their classmates seventh and last year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardy. They are all very excited because of this and are all at their homes reacting in their own unique ways. Hermione is at her house reflecting on her emotions on her upcoming seventh year at Hogwarts. She is in her room combing her hair and talking aloud to herself.
(*A/N Next her P.O.V is what she's saying to herself. Don't think she's crazy or anything I'm sure many of you talk to yourself about stuff, back to the story!)
{Hermione P.O.V}
I can't believe this will be my final year at Hogwarts it seems only yesterday I boarded the Hogwarts Express for the first time. There I met Neville Longbottom who was looking for his toad Trevor. While I helped him search for Trevor I met Harry Potter and Ronald Weasley, whom unknown to me would become my best friends at Hogwarts. I searched every compartment for that blasted toad, Trevor. I opened another compartment and came face to face with a spoiled pureblood brat, the one, the only Draco Malfoy. He made a disgusted face and with a smirk called me a "Mudblood", this was the first time in my life I heard that and didn't know what it meant yet. Little did I know that right at that moment I had met my lifetime rival.
Now I just think of those first days as a memory from long ago, as I within a year will leave the safety of the Hogwarts Castle far behind and go into the insecurity of the Wizarding World alone.
(Normal P.O.V)
Hermione sat there thinking of what she had just said for a long time. She still sat there until an owl with a large parcel pecked at her window. She walked over to her window and let the owl in. She immediately recognized it as one of the Hogwarts owl and took the parcel from it's grasp.. She went to the kitchen and got a bowl of water and a few breadcrumbs and gave it to the owl. The owl eagerly ate, took a sip of water, and was off flying again. Hermione smiled watching as the owl got smaller and smaller as it flew away. When the owl had disappeared from sight she grabbed the parcel and went down the stairs. She sat down on one of her smaller couches and looked at he package, it was wrapped in brown paper and embedded on the front was the Hogwarts crest. Underneath the crest was Hermione's address at the exact time. She opened the package carefully and a small box accompanied by two letters was in it. One letter was the usual list of school supplies needed for her specific year and the other letter was......
