In this fanfic, Spongebob learns what can happen when he takes too much medicine.
"Yay!" Spongebob yells as he heads out of his pineapple house. "Today I have my doctor's appointment! I can hardly wait!"
Spongebob starts to run to the anchor-shaped hospital. On his way, he is interrupted by his old pal Squidward.
"IDIOT!" Squidward yells to Spongebob's direction.
"Yes, Squiddy-pal?" Spongebob turns around and faces Squidward.
"Ha Ha Ha!" Squidward laughs. "I can't believe you fell for the idiot trick!"
"I know that it's 'Make Fun of Spongebob' Sunday, but I need to get to the hospital for my doctor's appointment." Spongebob informs. "You can point fingers at me and insult when I get back, OK? I really need to get to this appointment."
"Huh?" Squidward says as he scratches his head in confusion. "Spongebob isn't supposed to know about 'Make Fun of Spongebob Sunday'!"
A Few Minutes Later. Spongebob ends his ridiculously long run as he approaches the hospital. "Yay!" He screams again as he walks inside the double doors. "After my appointment, I get a large lollipop!" Spongebob gives a ridiculous smile with those baby eyes shining brightly. "Maybe I'll get a grape one!"
"Spongebob Squarepants, ready for his appointment!" Spongebob says to the receptionist at the receptionist station.
"Who is your doctor, Mr. Squarepants?" the receptionist asks. "I can't check you in until the name of your doctor is given."
"Uh….. He's the only doctor here!" Spongebob informs the receptionist.
"Why yes, you are indeed correct," the receptionist said. "Please wait in the waiting room. You still have three minutes before your appointment begins."
"Holy Krabby Patties!" Spongebob yells. "I'm never three minutes early! My record is ruined!"
