"Lily?" James tiptoed into her room. She was sleeping, and James had no
intention of waking her. She didn't stir.
"Lil?" he asked. She turned over, but refused to waken.
"Lily Anna!" he yelled. Lily woke up. "Wha?" she muttered. James laughed. She looked so cute when she was awakening, with her hair falling out of its braid.
"Wha? It's the weekend."
"Yeah… But I wanted to talk to you."
Lily's eyes widened as James dragged her out of bed and into the Prefect's bathroom.
"All your things are in there. Meet me in the charms classroom at 8:00 am. Be on time."
Lily nodded and ran the water. It felt good against her stiff skin. "Ohh…" she muttered, half asleep already.
"Oh, Goodness!" she muttered an hour later. "7:45! I was going to meet James in the Charms classroom!" She sprung up and dried herself while getting dressed and using her wand for her hair.
"Lily!" James whispered urgently. "Come here!"
Lily turned around. James was not in the Charms classroom, but the Transfigurations one.
"The Charms one was occupied by Flitwick… The teacher for this class is on Maternity Leave, so we'll be pretty safe."
"Yeah," Lily giggled.
James pulled her further into the classroom and leaned forward. Lily gasped and took the invitation. James gave her a quick, closed mouth kiss, as a test, and then Lily protested, pushing herself into him.
"Lil-Lily… We should get back… We have common Room duties…"
Lily nodded.
"Thanks, James," she whispered in his ear.
"For what?"
"For being the best boyfriend I ever had."
"Thanks, Lily."
"For what?"
"For being the best girlfriend I ever had."
Laughing, the two of them headed back to the common room hand in hand.
"Lil?" he asked. She turned over, but refused to waken.
