In Istambul, Turkey stands a magnificent building that
was first a church (Hagia Sophia, meaning "Holy
Wisdom") and was then converted to a mosque (Aya
Sofya).

It also bears a striking similarity to the Palace of
Theed on Naboo. (As Peter Schickele says, there is a
name for this type of similarity. It's called
"identity.")

It's hard to tell whether the Blue Mosque (foreground)
or Hagia Sophia (behind and to the left) looks more
like the Palace at Theed.
