Link stared down.
" No...." he said in barely a whisper. "It... it can't end like this..." his voice became louder. "NOOO! ZELDA! I WILL NOT LET THIS HAPPEN!!!" he bashed his blood streaked sword against the cold, concrete ground. "It's all my fault... if only I'd have defeated Dryden when I had the chance..." He recalled the battle very well. Dryden the vampiric Hylian who had rebelled against the king was weakened, and Link didn't have the heart to kill him, so he left him but one small turn of his back, and Dryden had stolen Zelda, and now had two parts of the Triforce.. Dryden had also put a curse on Link so that his Triforce of Courage will gradually fade.
"He will never have the triforce" said Link. "NEVER!!!! YOU HERE ME YOU TRECHEROUS VAMPIRE! NEVEEEER!!!!"
