Disclaimer: I'm new to this all at FF.Net, but here it goes. I don't own Power Rangers, nor any other Sendai show, but I do own all the characters and stories here, so steal em and I'll kick you hard. Twice.

Prologue

Perfect. If you could describe Eden's life up until that moment with one word, it'd be "perfect." Of course the day to day struggle was always there, not to mention the hectic yet mundane life of a high school student, but Eden wouldn't have ever voiced a complaint if he knew what was down the road. It was much simpler in those days, he had time for after school activities and his girlfriend, not to mention his friends. And he was on his way to graduation with semi-decent grades. It was a normal life, as normal as one could get, and as perfect as Eden would ever know.

"Damn computer!" screamed Eden Mitchell as he waited for his slow PC to connect to the internet. Frazzled, he turned on an MP3 and waited for what seemed like forever. He was expecting a very important e-mail from his girlfriend, Janice, who was visiting her aunt and uncle in Florida for the week.

"I thought I heard you in here," said Mrs. Mitchell, strolling into the computer room as she took out her keys from her purse. "I have to go take Mina to the doctor and then I'll pick up a pizza for dinner, alright?"

"Fine by me," said Eden. "How long are you going to be?"

"Probably an hour or two."

"Fine, fine…" said Eden, finally connected and opening up his e-mail box. He looked back up at his mother. "Do you mind?"

"Okay, I'm out of here," she said, leaving her son to his e-mail.

Eden looked at his inbox but there was no e-mail from his girlfriend. "Rats," he muttered. "Just spam." He promptly deleted all of the junk mail and was about to log off when he got a very strange message.

Message Cannot be Deleted.

"Why the hell not!?" Eden said, trying once again to delete the e- mail. Once again he saw the same message. Getting tired of playing around, he decided to just give it a whirl as he double clicked onto the e- mail, not knowing what it's contents would do to his life.
