The planet shudders as the stress of the nearing energy mass began to affect it. Earthquakes and floods raged around the planet, it's entire weather system going insane as the planet is slowly and surely torn apart from the heavy gravimetric stresses from the energy mass. Forests burst into flame, cites, towns and villages crumbled, killing people by the hundreds and thousands. Mountains shattered into small pieces and once dry deserts are engulfed by oceans, the planet was dying fast. The energy mass neared and the atmosphere was torn away, killing the remaining life in that one second, leaving the planet barren of life. The energy mass then collided with the planet and the planet was shredded apart like it was a piece of paper in a shredder. The energy mass was not affected though, the death of the planet against it was nothing to it.

The energy mass moved on, the planet of Expel dead and it's meagre remains nothing more but a handful of dust that had escaped the energy mass. Billions of lives lost in that few moments and the people responsible not caring for they have achieved one part of their task, they have managed to get back home to Energy Nede, now their plan to destroy the universe and all life would go as they planned. But they didn't count on the small band of survivors who had followed them, they had just branded them as little more than bugs. Well maybe they hadn't heard the saying that even bugs can kill if you don't defend against them. These bugs are more than capable of fighting back and nothing will stop them from saving all life, nothing.

Yes, I admit it, I love Star Ocean 2, okay? This is my view on how the planet of Expel died in the game and I am thinking of making a few more views on events in the game as time passes. But for now, this is just a tiny view on something that was unexpected in the game, I know it's not a new story, but that's for much later. Hope you liked it anyway, bye.
