The morning air was fresh as Trunks walked outside of his home at the CC.
He had just returned from the future after defeating the androids and cell
in his time line and was ready for a long break. He concentration wondered
as he thought about what he and the others went though to defeat what he
thought was an impossible opponent. Then his thoughts moved to his friend
Gohan who even in the past had been a figure to look up to. His thoughts
then ran to Goku, the noble man who sacrificed himself for the earth. The
man who gave everything to save the people he loved. Trunks truly
respected him. Soon his thoughts moved in another direction towards his
father who seemed the entire time not to care for him, and defend his
fallen son when he was killed. After about ten minutes of meandering and
thinking trunks came upon two people standing straight ahead of him.
The pair seemed very serious and they were starring straight at him. Trunks prepared to turn the other way and go home, something about them had made him feel uneasy. Just then both of the mystery men came towards him.
One was a short man who looked very young and had a white strip of hair running down the center of his head. His skin was a light purple color, about the same as trunks' long hair, and his black eyes were tilted upward. This man had a smirk decorating his delicate features that in its self made trunks feel uneasy.
His companion on the other hand was very tall and looked rather old compared to the earlier. He also looked down onto Trunks with a broad frown and a scowl. His long white hair was draped down his back.
"Hello, Trunks my friend and I are here to ask for your help." The short man said.
"Help? Help with what?" A now confused and very uneasy Trunks said to the smaller man. "And who are you?"
"I'll tell you who he is," The older man thundered "he is the Supreme Kai. And I am his companion, Kabito."
"What? The Supreme Kai? Wow, what would you need my help with?"
"Please call me Shen." He said calmly. "Fallow me and Kabito if you wish to help, if not we will understand."
The pair lifted them selves off of the ground gracefully and Trunks fallowed closely after.
"I am glad you decided to come," Shen shouted over his shoulder to trunks. "We may not be able to do this without you!"
"What could I do that you cannot?" Trunks asked.
"As you well know I am the Supreme Kai and this is Kabito. We are here on a mission of extreme importance." He said glancing back at Trunks. "We are here because of a being called Majin Buu."
