Chapter One.
Quistis walked down the Garden halls.The Garden was still sleeping,only a few students wandered around the empty halls,chatting to eachother or playing cards.
She made her way to the cafeteria,ordering her usua breakfastl.Black coffee,some orange juice and tuna salad.She grabbed her tray and sat down with her food.
She actually enjoyed the silence.Being always busy,having to grade papers and be the serious instructor,wasn't easy,so some silence was like gold to her.After the defeat of Ultimeica Cid made her an Instructor again.Now almost a year had passed and everybody had gone on with their lives.
Enjoying her breakfast she noticed a girl,with dark black hair and pale skin entering the cafeteria.
'What's she doing here so early,' she pondered.'She and Squall are usually like a sock and a shoe together.'
The girl noticed Quistis and waved to her.Rinoa walked over to Quistis and sat down.
"Hey..you're up early."
"So are you," she replyed.
The girl let out a small giggle before answering.
"I just couldn't sleep so I thought I'd come here.I knew you'd be here.You've always been an early bird."
The blonde just nodded.
"So..what are you doing today."
"Teaching…teaching..and again teaching.Fun huh?"
"Uhuh..listen do you want to go shopping with me today?"
"Depends..on what time?"
"7 o'clock..we could go to Balamb and then after that we could go clubbing…"
"That would be fun.Yeah I'll come."
"Great.It's 7 o'clock then."
"Yeah.."
"Ok…bye I have to go and wake Squall up."
"…Bye."
After Rinoa had left she found herself thinking of her.All the time they had talked,Quistis was glued to her chocolate brown eyes,her soft her hair and light pink lips.She truly was an angel.Quistis had always envied her slim figure and black hair.
Although Rinoa was one of her best friends,she couldn't help but to think about her more than just friends.Shaking her head slightly as if trying to block away the thoughts she finished her cup of coffee and got up from her table.
