I still remember it like it was yesterday.
That look in her eye. The sadness. The pain.
And I felt it then- within my heart-
As I do now. Those words...
The pain is eternal.

They struck a chord within my soul,
And as I heard, the way of fate-
Sudden as it came, paved its way out to me.
I know what I have to do. Those words...
The memories are eternal.

With sharp precision I remember.
Each syllable... I clench my fist
As I look to the world below...
I never forgot. I will fulfil those words...
Wishes are eternal.
