The piccolo is a very small flute.
Make sure you don't play during a whole rest.
In concert the trumpets play with a mute.
When on the field, you must do your best.
When we warm up, we sometimes play a scale.
Before going on we have to up-warm.
One band looked really large, as big as a whale.
When we go on we wear our uniforms.
You get drill charts in the form of many stacks.
The FVRR motto is With Pride.
One of the loud instruments is the sax.
When finals were over, we all cried.

I wrote this poem for an English project. I had to follow some directions that is why in the 6th line it says up-warm instead of warm up and also because it rhymes with uniforms. This poem is in the form of a sonnet.
