The war is fierce and has no seen outcome yet. The leader of the Saiyans, Frieza has vowed to fight to the death. The Zarconian race is made up of Saiyans that went rouge and were banished. Each of them possessing the same great power as their brother race, the Saiyans.
There is a scientist, the main part of the story. He lost his whole family to the war, and using technology far beyond any race, has found a way to bring them back. The problem is, if this power fell into the hands of the wrong person, the results could be devastating.
