A/N: No, I do not want Draco to die… Sorry for the bad title. I'm bad at titles, if you haven't noticed already if you have the time to read my fics which I'm sure you don't… well, anyway, just read!

Disclaimer: No, I do not own Draco… unfortunately. I don't own the Hogwarts motto and the Killing Curse, either, or the word Muggle. I don't own Harry and I don't own Hell. I don't own Gryffindor. I own this story, though, that's why it says it's by Penny C… ^_^

1 How a Dragon Dies

---

Now, looking back at my life, I ask myself, why did I wait? I point my wand at my heart. Now, go, do it. All will be well for your foes, and for your friends… were they really my friends? Just there… because their fathers told them too. And those three Gryffindors… they will be happy. They don't like me, they had their laughs over me… they will be happy. As will be my worthless teachers. Why do I live? At home I am used as a spy, pressured to find information on Harry; bribed with racing brooms and money. Is there any point in staying alive? Shall I be missed? Will there be rejoicing at the sight of my cold, motionless, empty body? I deserve to spend eternity in the fiery oceans of Hell, drowning in the ruthless flames. They never knew me. I was another actor in a play… The evil, Muggle-hating Draco Malfoy… now, I take off my mask, and show them how thick this dragon's skin ISN'T. My grip on my wand is steady and strong. I am ready. Draco dormiens nunquam titillandus, but a dead one won't mind. Now is the time, Draco. Avada Kedavra.

A/N: Sorry it's so short! Also, in that sentence about how he's bribed, I don't know how to use semi-colons… don't yell at me if I used it incorrectly. Also, if you don't know, the motto "Draco dormiens nunquam titillandus" means "Never tickle a sleeping dragon." Draco means dragon, that's why I refer to Draco as a dragon.
