Ryku walked down the deserted path,it seemed as if the wind knocked his hope right out of his body.He looked up and over at Shin-Ra corperation,he hated the Shin-Ra,they stole his life from under his feet.Enough was enough,he wasn't going to take it today,he was going to join AVALANCHE,and snipe Rufus during the parade.Yeah,thats was what he was going to do....,but did he have the courage?He had tried countless times to help Barret,Tifa,Biggs,Wedge and Jessie,he had turned them down,now because of his cowardice...Sector Seven had been demolished.
Biggs,Wedge and Jessie had died,and Tifa had found another....her childhood friend Cloud.He knew Cloud wasn't what he said he was,he knew it was all Hojo's trick.But how to prove it?How can I regain Tifa's trust?How?....I can't figure it out,my life seemed to have wasted away when I let Reno destroy Sector seven,my home,and my friends,why couldn't I have atleast saved my pride? It all rushed through his head as he greived.People thought he was crazy,some thought he was sick,other's just didn't know what to think...He was going to change all that..then and there.the parade was a day away,and he was ready for it......
Ryku sat down,and called for his car,it came up no sooner he hung up the cell phone.It had his Sniper Rifle,the ammo,and his falk jacket for protection.they drove up to the building,Ryku got out and ran up.He had to sleep in the tower,his hopes lay on the single bullet,he had personally picked it,and wrote Rufus' name on it.They would remember that day,it would go straight through the neck,instant death...
His confidence seemed to boost when he had a call from Tifa,"Hey Ryku!Want to join me,Barret,and Cloud for dinner?"
"Sorry,can't.I have business to take care of"
"Oh,what kind?"
"Rufus' head on a platter"
"Your gonna go through with it?"
"I have to,for you"
