Disclaimer: I don't own Power Rangers. They are Sabans.

Red reveries

Eva

Am I really the right person for this? Am I really a good leader?

Am I really good enough to lead the Power Rangers?

I have become the Red Ranger, with the power of the Tyrannosaurus.

Why did Zordon choose me? Okay, I know martial arts and I have lead some before, but does that make me a good leader for the Power Rangers?

'Jason, bold and powerful, you will command the Tyrannosaurus.' That was what Zordon said when I got my morpher.

But who says that those things make me a good leader. Maybe they say that I have the right qualities to wield the Red Powers.

It doesn't make me a good leader.

'Jason, you don't become a good leader at once. You will have to grow in the fact that you are the leader. A good leader makes mistakes and learns from them."

This is what one of my sensei's told me. I had to lead a small group on school and I had my doubts. When I told him that, he gave me self- confidence.

This is so different. When I make a mistake, it can cost the life of a teammate, a friend or the Earth can fall the hands of that space witch, Rita Repulsa.

And I can't talk with anyone about it.

I wonder, were there other Ranger teams before us? And did their leaders have the same doubts as I did? Would Zordon know? Probably.

I am going to talk with Zordon.

With that thought, Jason Lee Scott, the Red Ranger teleported to Zordon.
