Hobbiton times

A recent series of events have brought up a large change in the region of the lake-men and wood elves when, Erebor thee misty mountains, was rid of the dragon Smaug. As a result to the latest change of events, a hobbit by the name of Bilbo Baggins was claimed as a crucial character during the fall of the dragon. To many Bilbo was truly a hero like all others both tall and short and while many who claim him a pitiful thief who had run into these events, I myself say: that is not true.
Bilbo was certainly a hero above all else for not only his work at Erebor but also the amount of times he had saved all thirteen dwarves' lives including that of Sir. Thorin Oakenshield II. His work at the mountain had him bring the arkenstone back to the dwarves, thus restoring their lost kingdom. It was him who had bought peace amongst the peoples of Eastern Middle-Earth and in the midst of it the battle of the five armies, which also brought the fleeing of goblins and the lonely mountains.
According to reference, it was not only Bilbo, which had earned a grand title during this time of peace and harmony, but it was also the bravery of Bard the bowman, dragon slayer of Lake-town. Had his wise decisions and marksmanship, the lake-men would have certainly fell like autumn leaves. His aim had smote down the dragon himself and his decisions would eventually rebuild the town into the grand place it is now.
True heroes do not come in all shape and sizes but through that of personality.
Their bravery and valor was what had judged them into their current statures in which they are now. As of Bilbo, it was luck and courage, which had let him into his adventures towards the mountains and lakes but also into his own fortune. We, men of Gondor, salute you!
(Bilbo has recently donated a sum of 600 gold pieces into the rebuilding of Lake-town and its residents. Their thanks to him strive greatly.)
On my opinion
The events of 9/11/01 had shattered many a heart of America and the world through its tragic events at the WTC when the two twin towers collapsed without warning into the rubble it is now. Within it, many brave men were lost beneath its ruins yet their legacy lives on inside many of America's spirits.
These men, ordinary but brave men, were firefighters. Their courage has left many a tear into the world's eyes. It was through their bravery, many lives were saved before the tower had collapsed. And in those lives, their bravery and duty had done them like all their other deeds in saving lives.
It was their tragic loss and sacrifice, which had many a hand raised in their honor and strength. The world looks on as it has once more; down upon these brave men who had done selflessness acts of courage into the lives of America and her citizens and patriots.
God Bless them all.
