Disclaimer: I don't own X-Men: Evolution.

A/N: This came to me while writing my other story, and well this will replace my other story.

An announcement came over the train speakers "Next stop Bayville 30 minutes."

Nobody else would have any notice the flicker of his eyes moving behind his sunglasses and no one thought much of it since it was a sunny day out. Kurt Darkholme was bored, somewhat tired, and absolutely ravenous. He hadn't eaten much since getting on the train his thoughts were traveling back to the town where everyone was supposed to be Westchester, New York.

He remembered what happened clearly enough, mainly because it just happened about a week ago.  His mother and Mr. Lensherr had saved a mutant from his own creation called the "Middleverse" and had agreed to help them in their cause. Forge was instantly enthralled with Kurt since he had the ability to teleport and because of the genetic enhancements Mr. Lensherr applied after his mutation manifested.  He had remembered agreeing to undergo the change mainly to help them in their fight against the norms and the growing X-Men.  The enhancements changed his eyes to a pupiless yellow, his teeth had grown into sharp canines, and his ears came to points.  These all helped him to use his sixth sense to teleport, not to mention giving him an increase of range to 5 miles.  But I digress…

After Forge agreed he began working around the clock to push his range further and to also build a machine based on the ability to allow others to travel without being in direct contact of him. And that's where it all started.

*~*Flashback*~*

Forge held up his latest device, "This should allow you to push a lot farther than you could originally, hopefully to at least five times your standing limit."  Magneto and Mystique were standing near along with Rogue, Quicksilver, and Scarlet Witch and their friend and family member Nightcrawler strapped the contraption onto his body. "I assume since the puff of smoke you leave behind carries some minute toxins you will be required to wear this oxygen mask," Magneto floating the mask to him. "I agree sir." Nightcrawler said without a doubt slipping it on, "Wish me luck."  "Good luck everyone said on the ground and the others just loitering in the control room.  And that's when everything got bad.

*~*End flashback*~*

The device he guessed worked because he was sent six miles away from his exact position. But had discovered that the lab and the mansion were not there. He panicked slightly as he felt his body beginning to demand food because of the teleport. He found some and began to work his way to finding everyone. The Xavier Institute for Gifted Youngsters was his first real clue. And now that was where he was headed into the den of his mother's mortal enemy in hopes that maybe he could find someone that could help him get back to wherever he belonged.

He had no idea what he was getting himself into…

A/N: I need some feedback on how I should go on this story.  And prepare to meet the real Brotherhood of Evil Mutants hopefully a bit later.
