Disclaimer: I don't own Digimon. And I don't own the song "Everything I do, To Do It For You" by Bryan Adams. It's really a great song. ^_~

Okay, total fluff here. Taito and really, really short. R&R any comment is accepted.

I Do It For You
Eriya

Taichi Yagami nervously sat on the couch waiting for his love Yamato Ishida to come out of the shower. Yama soon came from the bathroom and went straight to his bedroom. He came out again, now bearing his guitar. Taichi spoke up.
"Umm, Yama? Can we have a talk?"
"Sure Taichi, but it will have to be quick because I have band practice tonight." Yama sat down next to Taichi on the couch, still holding his guitar.
"Well, umm, this is just it! Yama, you spend so much time with your band, I mean of course I want you to succeed but I never get to see you. Sometimes I even doubt that you still…" Taichi trailed off, tears brimming his eyes.
Yamato, seeing his boyfriends' tears, inched closer to him with a reassuring but concerned smile. "Doubt what Taichi? Doubt my love for you?" Taichi looked up at Yamato and nodded as a solitary tear slid down his cheek.
"Oh Taichi!" Yamato exclaimed as he dropped his guitar to the ground. (A/N: Thud!) "How could you think that? I could never let anything come between us and our love. The only thing that might be able to stop it would be some maniac, psycho digimon that cast some spell on us or something." Taichi giggled at the thought and lay his head on Yamato's chest.
"You know, this reminds me of a song," Yama said laying back. "Please sing it," pleaded Taichi sleepily.
"Anything for you, Taichi," Yamato cleared his throat and began to sing.

Look into my eyes - you will see
What you mean to me
Search your heart - search your soul
And when you find me there you'll search no more
Don't tell me it's not worth tryin' for
You can't tell me it's not worth dyin' for
You know it's true
Everything I do
I do it for you

Look into my heart - you will find
There's nothin' there to hide
Take me as I am - take my life
I would give it all I would sacrifice
Don't tell me it's not worth fightin' for
I can't help it there's nothin' I want more
You know it's true
Everything I do
I do it for you

There's no love - like your love
And no other - could give more love
There's nowhere - unless you're there
All the time - all the way

Oh, you can't tell me it's not worth tryin' for
I can't help it there's nothin' I want more

Yeah, I would fight for you - I'd lie for you
Walk the wire for you - Yeah I'd die for you

You know it's true
Everything I do - Oh
I do it for you

As Yamato held the last note, he slowly moved Taichi's head from his chest to the couch. Stepping lightly, he walked over to the telephone and picking it up, he dialed a number, and then spoke.
"Yeah…Dugan? I can't come to band practice today. I've got to spend some time with the one I truly love. Okay, thanks. Bye." He hung up and slowly crept back over to the couch.
Lifting Taichi's head from the cushions, he slowly replaced it back onto his chest. Both boys smiled as they drifted off to sleep.

"I love you, Yama-chan."

"I love you too, Taichi."
