Arya had heard the king's traveling party was nearing Winterfell. She was both excited and scared. If they were close, that meant it wouldn't be long. But it also meant things might change sooner rather than later. And she wasn't sure she was ready for that.

She went out to meet them with the rest of her family. Some people she recognized almost instantly. Others she couldn't quite place. And clearly, Sansa didn't feel the same way she did, but that was nothing new. They were used to having these differences.

As they got closer, Cersei could see the castle more clearly. This was the seat of House Stark. It seemed fitting somehow. But she would still be glad when this was over and she could go home.

She stepped out of the carriage, unable to fully hide her true feelings. Of course, it was a matter of the usual greetings. And then Robert asked to visit the crypt. Of course he would. This was probably at least one reason he had insisted on coming here.

For years, Lyanna Stark had been a major issue for them. Cersei knew her husband had never stopped loving her. Of course, that also meant his love for her wasn't as deep. A part of her wondered if he loved her at all. At times like this, it was certainly questionable.

As they were lead inside, she caught Jaime's eye and nodded. He knew how she felt about Lyanna. No doubt he knew how she felt right now too.

If no one else did, Arya sensed it. She wasn't sure she liked the queen. But she did recognize her pain. Somehow, it seemed a little like her own. They might be friends or enemies. She didn't quite know. But she did want to find out.
