Summary: Gravesfield in the 1600s is a place where she wasn't wanting to be, but finding the jewel was her priority. With caution, she befriended the elder of the Wittebane brothers. Several hundred years later, imagine her surprise when she meets a boy who looks so hauntingly familiar to her lost friend from those days.
Pairing: Undecided

Prologue
The sky above her was dark, suffocating clouds blocking out any trace of the natural light the moon gave off. A chilling breeze washed over her as if it were a frigid embrace, dark hair getting whipped up in every direction. A chill raced along her skin, but she couldn't tell if it was from the freezing temperate surrounding her or…-
She didn't have to look over her shoulder to be aware of the eyes that followed her in every direction, but she knew searching them out would only call more attention and trouble towards her. Her hands tightened in the red cloak she had draped over her shoulders, pulling it tighter to her petite frame as if it'd do anything more to block out the ice she felt seeping into her bones.
"The sooner I find it, the sooner I can get out of this place…" she whispered quietly, reminding herself that she didn't need to stick around any longer than necessary. It wasn't like anyone else could fill her place right now, anyway. Only she could sense the jewel, and it was most definitely located in this… less than favorable town.
She had no interest in getting accused of witchcraft, yet she was an outsider. People were already looking at her with distrust. She'd heard plenty in her school lessons of what happened to people accused of being witches in this era, and she had no desire to go through a similar fate. She reminded herself to be careful of how she behaved, of what she did, and of what she said to the people of this town. The less interaction outside of polite smiles accompanying "hello" and "how are you today?" the better.
She was confident in her capability of defending herself against one or two people- maybe three on her own, but a whole town mob? She didn't stand a chance against a mob of humans. Her powers had no effect on them, and a mob with torches and pitchforks with the intent of harming her would overpower her far too easily for her comfort.
She'd cursed Naraku a thousand times over already, and she'd continue to do just that for causing all this to happen.
A faint sparkle of silver light washed over her, and she let out a sigh of relief as she looked up towards the sky. For however long it lasted, the shining moon had finally appeared from behind the clouds littering the sky, letting the street become a bit lighter. It wasn't much and didn't cause all that much difference, but it was still comforting.
Still, she didn't dare let her guard down as she walked down those unwelcoming streets.
Auroua-chan: I've been wanting to do this story for so long. Pairing is undecided, open to options!
This chapter was short, but the following ones will be a longer length. The shortness was only for this single chapter.
Anyway, that's it for now! Thank you all for reading, and I hope you all enjoyed! Hopefully I caught all the errors before posting, but if not sorry.
Please remember to Reivew&Faovirte&Follow, thank you!
Bye for now~
