Franklin was in a room, no windows except for the mirror ranging the wall ahead of him. A one way window probably. He was also at a metal table, he wasn't cuffed or anything for he didn't do nothing wrong, at least what required cuffs anyways. The only light that was in the room was the one right above him.
"God, this going to be like some crime show type scenarios?"he asked sarcastically to himself.
Then a detective of sorts walked in, holding a clipboard with paper in it. Then right after him came a very tired man, black hair, and a scarf around his neck. His name was aizawa, the quirk eraser.
"So, Franklin, your file here says your supposedly quirkless. But recently this has been discovered to be false." The detective said.
Franklin nodded. He was really looking forward for this to end.
"Tell me, how long have you known you had a quirk?" The detective asked.
"Maybe about ten years give or take, I'm not sure exactly." Franklin answered.
"You do realize it's illegal to hide the fact you have a quirk" Aizawa said.
All Franklin did was roll his eyes and nod.
"So, can you tell us what your quirk does?" Asked the detective again as he got out a pen.
"Well, I can summon anything I think of, just not real people. And it also makes my hungry if I use too much of my power, so I just go around buying food." Franklin responded.
The detective nodded and wrote what he heard into the piece of paper.
"Now can I please go? I got to go do some of my daily routines you know." Franklin asked, wanting to just leave and didn't want to deal with the hours of unnecessary questions.
"No, not quite. Why haven't you told anyone of the discovery that you indeed have a quirk?" The man questioning him, the detective.
"Well, if you saw what I did during the test, you'll know why. I bet there'd be villains out there wanting to abuse my power if they could have it. But I guess because only one man has the power to steal quirks, they'd have to use me to do the work" Franklin answered.
Both Aizawa and the detective were stunned at what the kid said.
"How do you know there's someone who can steal quirks?" Asked Aizawa.
"I have my ways..." the kid replied.
This only made more questions run through their heads. 'How did he know? Is he a villain?' Many more questions ran through their heads.
"May I leave now?" He asked.
They both sighed and nodded their heads. With that the kid quickly got up and left. He left the building and went over to the car in which Rumi was waiting for him.
"There's the little man" Rumi said.
"Yeah..." he replied.
"Something the matter?" Rumi asked.
"No, just got questioned by a couple cops in a room with no windows" he said sarcastically.
"Eh, can't blame ya" she said as he got in the car.
She then got in the driver's side and drives home. Once they got there, Franklin walked out and into the house, Rumi following close behind. As he got in, he went to his room and later down on it. He left the door open. Rumi walked in and sat next to him.
"You seem a bit down, something bothering you? Was it something someone said, if so I'll kick their ass" Rumi asked.
"No, it's...it's just my parents. I miss them..." he said quietly.
"I'm sorry about them Franklin, but we mustn't always feel sad about the past..." she said sorrowfully.
"I know, but it's hard...it's hard to forget what happened to them." Franklin said.
Rumi just stayed silent for a while. But then asked if he wanted left alone, in which he answered with a "I don't care". With that, she let him be not wanting to worsen his mood. She went and continued her daily routines she would do when off duty. Meanwhile, Franklin laid on his back staring at the ceiling, contemplating what his hero costume would be. He was going to make it whether he past the exam or not, become a vigilante if he had to. And he'd kill whoever burned down his home, hero or not, he sweared by it, he would avenge his family. After a while, he fell asleep, but still thought about what his costume would be. Later he woke up to a weight setting on the edge of the bed and a voice quietly calling his name.
"Hey, time to wake up Franklin. I made dinner, so you better not let it get cold." she said.
"Ok ok, I'm getting up" he responded.
"Heh, that's the first full sentence you said to me that wasn't sarcasm" she commented.
"Yeah, I took your advice on not worrying about the past. And honestly I feel a bit better" he responded.
They both got up and went out to the table. There sat three bowls, this confused him a bit till a man in walked in. He had messy blonde hair, red wings coming out of his back, yellow glasses of an odd shape. He immediately recognized this man as Hawks.
"Ah, you must be the kid Rumi was talking about." He said.
Franklin responded with a nod and sat down. Everyone sat down at the table and ate their dinner, talking every once in a while.
"So Franklin, I heard you're from the states, is that correct?"
"Indeed sir" the kid responded.
"You got manners I see" hawks commented.
"My parents taught me to respect others" Franklin stated.
"I see. That performance you did at the exam was extraordinary. Tell me, how did you do that?" Hawks asked.
"It's my quirk. I can create things with my imagination with the snap of my fingers" Franklin replied.
"That's a very powerful quirk you got then" hawks said.
"Yeah, still won't mean I won't kick your ass for lying" Rumi said.
Franklin just sighed, knowing the inevitable was to come. But how bad could it really be? Clearing his thoughts on that, he continued to eat his food. After dinner, hawks said his goodbyes and flew off, continuing his patrol around the city. After that, Rumi gave him an evil smirk as she cracked her knuckles.
"Shit..." Franklin said.
"Yeah, you thought I was bluffing, weren't you?" Rumi said.
The next day, Franklin woke up with a sore rear. He groaned a bit from it and got out of bed. He heard Rumi doing her daily exercises in her room.
"Damn that really hurt, did she have to use that much force?" He complained to himself.
He walked over to her door and knocked.
"I'm going out shopping, need anything?" He asked.
"Nah, I'm good for now" she answered through the door.
Satisfied with the answer, he got his shoes, put them on, and walked out the door. Little did Rumi know, he wasn't actually going out shopping. He had decided on his costume too. It was basically just him summoning himself(somehow) as a super soldier from wolfenstein new colossus. The only difference is he would have four arms instead of the normal two. Two would be various ranged weapons and the others would be various melee weapons. He walked to town and into a dark ally, there he used his quirk to incase himself in the armor the super soldiers would wear and used the thrusters to get into the roofs of the buildings. He used the lenses in the helmet as binoculars, it was a special one as it had many different modules to it. He flew around the city unnoticed, looking for someone causing trouble. Soon, he finally did, they weren't causing trouble yet but he recognized the man that tried to mug him a few months ago, before the fire. He flew high in the sky before shutting the thrusters off and falling from the sky. It didn't take him long to reach the ground as he landed in the concrete ground, shattering anything underneath him. He looked up at the man, who was terrified none the less, and approached him.
"Far too long have you been causing un needed trouble in the streets." Franklin said, his voice augmented and sounding more robotic.
"W-what do you mean?" The man said.
"Not too long ago, you tried to mug someone. A kid out of all things, pulling a knife out in him and demanded payment." He said, not caring for the onlookers who watched in confusion and Aw. Some even mistaken him for a new pro hero of some sorts. That would change as the robot like person punched the guy, sending him flying into a wall.
Rumi pov:
She was doing her leg exercises when she got a call.
"Rumi, there's a situation in the city. It appears to be a vigilante situation." The voice on the phone said.
"Aw hell ya! Some action!" She said, hyped up.
She quickly changed into her hero costume and ran out the door, leaving a note behind for Franklin. She hopped high into the air and onto buildings. She hopped all the way to where this vigilante was and hopped down once she got there. She stared at the vigilante a bit, surprised at how it was like a robot.
"So much for a good fight, things gonna be dumb and slow as hell" she said. "Hey you! Freezing you vigilante! You're under arrest!" She called.
In response, the thing slowly turned its head towards her, glowing orange lenses starring into her soul. But it did not let go of the beaten man it held by his neck.
"Let him go or I'll have to force you to let go!" She yelled.
"Stay out of this Mirko, it's not yours to interfere" it's metallic voice said.
But then it noticed other heroes showing up as it stared at them. Rumi was growing excited, ready for a fight.
"Let the man go and surrender now" a hero called out.
She then heard it sigh, which surprised her. It let go of the unconscious man and turned towards the heroes. Only then did she see the symbol on it's chest, and eagle holding an insignia. It made her heart drop a bit, remember what she was taught in her school days about World War Two, which was many, many years ago. It stood there, just starring, un-moving. The other pro heroes approached it but thrusters started on its back as it shot up in the sky and flew off. It was not before Rumi jumped on it and held on.
"You think you're gonna get away with beating a man up?! Not while I'm still breathing!" Rumi yelled as she held on.
"Let go before you hurt yourself Rumi" it warned.
This shocked Rumi when it called her by her name. But then her grip slipped as she fell from high in the air. She looked down, preparing for a landing, and possibly a broken leg, but then the robot swooped down and caught her and slowly flew down onto the ground. This only shocked her more at it getting out of its way to save her.
"You should've stayed home..." it said.
"Who the hell are you?!" She demanded.
"What heroes should be" it responded.
Before she could say anything else it let go of her ad it touched the ground and flew off. The other pro heroes caught up while it was setting her down in the ground. A while later, she was asked questions by detective naomasa.
"So Mirko, when you first contacted the vigilante, what did you notice about it?" He asked.
"It um...it had a symbol on its chest plate..." she said.
"Ok, and can you describe it to me?" He asked as he was ready to write down some notes.
"It um...it had an eagle...the eagle was holding a ring with an...an insignia in it" Rumi said.
"What kind of insignia?" He asked while taking notes.
"A German insignia...from World War Two..." she answered.
This made the detective freeze a bit. He looked up at her with slightly wide eyes.
"C-can you repeat that for me?"
She repeated what she said for him, just as stunned as he was even after the encounter. With all the answers he needed, he reported his findings to other pro heroes that if they were to meet this vigilante again, they were to immediately detain them. Rumi was then free to go and she made her way back home. But once she did, she saw the robot land in her yard and walk in.
"Shit, it's the vigilante!" She said as she ran full speed inside.
But once she did, she saw Franklin at the door where the robot came inside. He jumped when she barged in, but then even more scared once he saw it was her. That's when she made the connections, him leaving and soon the vigilante showed up. Then seeing the vigilante show up at her house and disappeared, Franklin there in it's place. And also the fact it called her by her name and how it saved her. She was furious now, gritting her teeth as she stared at Franklin.
"I can explain" he said.
"You, you little shit! You realize what you did?! You assaulted a man and committed a crime of being a vigilante! But then you committed a second crime of using quirks against someone with a hero license!" She practically roared.
"I'm sorry..." he said.
"Like hell you are. I can't help you with this, I'm afraid I'm going to have to turn you in..." she said.
She then reached into her pockets and got out hand cuffs and was about to put them on her adopted son. But he backed away and turned around into a full sprint. Rumi chased after him but he changed into his outfit and used the thrusters and flew off again.
"Franklin get back here!" She yelled at him.
It was too late as he flew off, leaving a burn mark in the grass in her yard.
"Damn you, I'm gonna beat your ass the next time I see you" she swore to herself.
Franklin pov:
He flew far away from the city, into a thick woods and landed there. There he summoned a ton of regular soldiers from wolfenstein and ordered them to set up a perimeter. They saluted and went to work. He built a giant underground base, deep underground. It had all sorts of rooms from an armory to living quarters. This place would be his base of operations. The soldiers reported their findings, which was basically nothing, just some local wildlife. He then assigned them to guard posts and patrol routes as part of the security of this place. He also set up cameras everywhere and auto turrets. He built robots to help with patrols, equipped with Gatling guns and blade arms. He set up a drone network for spying and looking out for criminal activity. He also summoned space marines because you can never have too many soldiers. He would use these to take down gang hideouts, and told them to only take one prisoner for questioning. He was going to be the hero the world needs, he was to cleanse the world of the parasites that plague it. He would bring justice to all, he would be the pillar of vengeance.
