In the season of Winter, there are many activities in which people participate in. Yet, there is one I feel. Stands above the rest. Which one might that be, you ask yourself? Well, I'd be more than happy to show you. But first, we must travel to The Valley of Peace. Where the time is night, and the sky. Covered in light greyish clouds. Where blankets, upon blankets of white snow. Covered the empty streets, and the occupied homes along them. The same being true for the Jade Palace, and the masters that resided inside. Yet, two of said masters were in the palace's kitchen. Rather, than in their barracks. Those masters being of Po Ping, who was dressed in his patched-up burlap shorts. With the other being Tigress. Who was dressed in a silver qipao that had black vine patterns, along with wearing black pants. For the two were sitting across each other at the kitchens table. Both having their paws wrapped around a cup of their own hot cocoa. Their gazes staring down at the beverage.

"Hard to believe Winter is already here. It seemed like only yesterday the weather was warm, and the skies were clear." Po softly remarked. Letting his gaze drift away from the cup, and onto Tigress. Where he began to show a gentle smile towards the feline. Whom could now feel the panda's warm gaze upon her. Making her eyes drift away from her cup, and onto him.

"Agreed, but you know Po. I don't really mind the Winter, because it always feels like it brings something new with it each year." She mentioned, a gentle smile now appearing on her face as well.

"That's true Ti. Not only is the entire village going to be eating here, for the Winter Feast this year. But also, from how it looks like outside. It seems like we may be getting more snow than we ever had before..." Po happily told her, only for him to come to a realization seconds later. One that made lift his right paw away from his cup, and onto the back of his head. Where he began to rub up and down slowly.

"If that's the case though, then that means there's goanna be even more snowball fights between the guys. Which means I should probably be even more careful than usual, so I don't become a walking snow panda." He laughed, causing Tigress to let out a small chuckle herself. The image of a snow-covered Po entering her mind as well.

"I suppose, but I'd be lying if I said I wouldn't find that pretty cute." Tigress stated to him. A loving warmness, lacing her voice as she did.

"Oh, is that so? Well, if it's something my dearly beloved would like to see. I can go outside right now, and roll around in the snow if you'd like me to?" He asked her in a playful manor. Removing his right paw from the back of his head and placing it back onto his cup.

"No, don't you even think about doing that. The last thing I would want is for you to catch a cold because of me." Tigress told him with a bit firmness, but also, playfulness of her own. Po could only nod his head, and chuckle in response. The two then looked back down at their cups, before lifting them up with their left paws to their mouths. Each taking a few sips of the warm cocoa. After doing so, they set the cups back down Infront of them. A small silence then entered the room. A silence that lasted for only about a minute though, before Tigress spoke.

"Also, you know when I mentioned how this season brings something new each year. I was also talking about us. This is our first Winter as mates after all." Tigress stated in a caring manor. A smile of happiness and love, covering her face. The kind that made Po blush a slight red and show the same kind of smile to her.

"You're right Tigress, it very much is. That's why..." He began, as he extended his right paw out towards the middle of the table. Where he stopped, opening his paw up to her. An invitation if you will. One that Tigress gladly accepted, as she extended out her own right paw. Laying the palm of her paw, on top of his. When this happened, Po began too slowly, and gently. Rub his thumb on top of Tigress's.

"I wanted us to share a moment like this tonight. Cause in my opinion Ti, there's nothing like drinking some hot cocoa on a cold Winter night, with the person you care about. Especially, if that person is someone who made your heart whole. " The moment Tigress heard those words; she could feel her whole body being overcome with emotions, that only he could make her feel. Her smile brightened even more, allowing for five words to escape her mouth. Five words that expressed how they both felt for each other. Those five words being...

"I love you so much."

After that, the two sat there in silence. Holding the other's paw and drinking their warm cocoa. Until none was left. A simple night to some, but to them. It was a night they would always remember. For sometimes, sharing a warm beverage on a cold night. With those you love. Is all you need, to make a great memory.
