"Thank you very much, Uesugi-kun. Since mom was gone, trying to take her place has been my way of burying my loneliness. At some point, the boundary between mom and I became blurred. It got to the point where I didn't have confidence in my own dream." Itsuki said as she and Fuutarou walked up the staircase.

She looked at him and said, "It's ok for me not to forget about mom, right?" She leaned in, "You're the one who taught me that. Thank you very much." Itsuki said as she stepped forward. Fuutarou, with his hands full with the box he was carrying, took a step back, expecting the same thing to happen from when he was alone with the others.

Itsuki passed him and moved to the window to look outside. "Oh, the sky sure has gotten dark without us noticing. It's already winter, isn't it?"

"Hahaha..." Fuutarou laughed in a slightly creepy manner, surprising the redhead as she looked at him.

"What's with you all of a sudden? You're being creepy..."

"I-I can't deny that... I just have my reasons..." He replied as he stopped his laughter.

"That aside, it's thanks to you that I have more confidence in myself. I'm not my mother. K was able to realise such a simple thing because you were here. Mom is my ideal teacher but..." Itsuki stopped mid sentence as she started to fidget around.

"Huh? What is it, Itsuki?"

"Well... What I want to say is... Uesugi-kun, You're my ideal too!" Itsuki said as she jumped on him and gave him a kiss.

Releasing from the kiss, she smiled at him, "I just wanted to tell ya that."

"Itsuki is taking a while..."

"There's also a lot of places to walk around, right? So, where to?" Ichika said as she slouched back, relaxing her body.

"I know! How about we all count to three and-" Yotsuba was cut off by Nino, "Nah, we'll just point out different stands like always."

"Even though we're quintuplets..."

"It's because we're quintuplets."

Steps approached the four sisters as they looked at the direction where it was coming from.

"I'm sorry for making you all wait!" The ahoge girl said as she's panting from the running she did.

"How did it go, Itsuki?" Miku asked as she stood up.

"Were you able to pass your message to Fuutarou-kun?"

"Yes, including the incident about our biological father, I managed to pass on my message."

"Then let's all get some food. Someone gave a stall voucher for some popcorn." Said Ichika as she took out said voucher from her pocket. She received it from another student for helping her younger brother earlier that day.

"Let's go!" Yotsuba said as they started to walk to the stalls for some food.

A few hours passed by and it's almost time. The five then went inside the school building and gathered in a circle and held their hands together.

"Being quintuplets must mean our bonds will never break apart..."

"Even if anyone tries to sever it..."

"We will always stick together..."

"No matter where we are..."

"We're still sisters." Itsuki finished before they dispersed and went to their rooms.

"Uesugi-kun, when everything for today is over, each of us will be in our designated rooms, with these feelings we hold, waiting for you."

Currently, Fuutarou, Takeda and Maeda are sitting together at the fountain, resting a bit from the work they did that day.

"Ya know, it's really depressing when I think about how it'll be back to normal starting tomorrow." Maeda sighed.

"How come? I'm excited to attend classes again." Takeda said as he sparkled.

"Same."

"You study demons wouldn't understand!" Maeda yelled. "Anyways, let's just head to the stalls. I haven't had anything to eat."

"A stall, huh...? Sure, I'm feeling hungry anyways."

"Same, I am also hungry. Today is really the most magnificent day!"

"Yeah, yeah, just don't be late for your little stall date with Tsubaki."

"Afterwards... I have an appointment with someone."

His two friends looked at him and laughed knowing what appointment he meant, "I see. Those quintuplets, I saw them at the award ceremony."

"On second thought, Ima confess to Matsui. Since tomorrow everything will go back to normal, this is my only chance! You should resolve yourself too, Uesugi." Maeda said as he stood up and left with Takeda.

"Resolve myself, huh... Thanks, Maeda, Takeda." Fuutarou said before standing up and started to walk to the direction of their meeting place.

Arriving in front of the room, he inhaled and exhaled deeply before opening.

"Uesugi-san..."

"Nice going, Fuutarou-kun."

The door in Nino's room opened and she turned to see if it was the one she was expecting but it wasn't.

"Nino, It's over."

Tears formed in the butterfly ribboned girl's eyes before she ran to hug her sister. The two then comforted each other as the night the final announcement started and the festival was finally over.

"So you had already made up your mind back then, Fuutarou-kun." Ichika remembered the night where she and Fuutarou were in the park. And where she kissed him. When he fell backwards, she saw the drink that he was holding was coffee. "You better make my sister happy or else Onee-san will get angry."

"Thank you, Uesugi-san. I'll never forget your teachings. Thank you, thank you." Yotsuba said as tears formed and fell from her face.

"Hey, sorry I'm late, Itsuki."

"Huh?..."

A/N: So uh I'm alive. Just tried to make an Itsuki what if since I only saw a few Itsuki pairings. Do tell me what you think about it. Oneshot or nah? Depends if I can do it.

Welp, I'll go back to suffering. Have a great day/night!
