"For we walk by faith, not by sight."
-Corinthians 5:7
Screams echoed throughout the night as the world was plunged into darkness and chaos. Men, women, and children slaughtered by the thousands, most believe it was the end times, that the devil has come to reap their souls and take them all to hell.
Oh, how close they were to the truth...for it wasn't the devil himself but his champion, he was sent to do his wicked bidding in his place. With unnatural abilities, the champion corrupted the souls of the innocent and allied with the wicked, he raised corpses from the dead, and commanded an army of great magnitude that squashed those who dared stand before him.
This included the Knights Templar who took up arms in an attempt to defend their territory and homeland.
Judas was this champions name, ironically named after the same man who was once was part of the Twelve Apostles chosen by Jesus himself, the one who ended up betraying Jesus by disclosing his whereabouts...all for thirty silver.
Yet there was still a light that shined through the darkness, a lone man who was a beacon of hope for those who wanted to be saved. The one who was chosen by Jesus in this dire time of need, Ezekiel Efron, the last known templar of the Crusades.
