Prompt: Pinned to a wall

Mirabel didn't want to believe it when she saw him. Julian was supposed to be gone. He got sentenced to be in jail for the rest of his days; her Abuela made sure of that. She hoped that it was just her mind-playing trick. He didn't have any family in Encanto. To be safe, she stayed in crowds until she left the store.

Mirabel left the store. Believing she was safe, she slightly let her guard down. That was until Julian pinned Mirabel to a nearby wall. Julian captured her wrist and held them above her head. He gave Mirabel a deviant smile. Mirabel started to kick and thrash. "Stop," Julian muttered into her ear.

"No," Mirabel said. Tears welled up in her eyes. She wouldn't let him see her cry. Through her six-month captivity, Mirabel learned he liked seeing her cry. She didn't want to give him that satisfaction ever again.

"Yes, mi Princesa," Julian whispered. "You thought I forgot about you? You forget that I own you. I promised myself I was going to come back for you. This time, I'm not letting you get away."

"Dolor-" Mirabel started to scream. Julian slapped his hand over her mouth. Horrible flashbacks played in her mind.

"I see you're still defiant," Julian whispered. "I'll fix that."

Julian pulled out a rag. He moved his hand only to put the rag there. The rag smelled as though it had bathed in chloroform. Mirabel tried to keep the darkness from overtaking her, but it was a battle she couldn't win. He's going to kidnap me again. Her body began to feel weak. "Good," Julian muttered. "I made the mistake of staying in the Encanto from last time. I'll have to punish. I still have the scars your father left."

A few days after Mirabel's rescue, Agustín visited Julian in jail. He came back with bruised wrists. Mirabel didn't need to ask him to know what went down. Before the darkness completely overtook her, she heard a voice. "I should have killed you when I had a chance."

Isabela. Julian dropped Mirabel as Isabela yanked him by his ankles with vines, making Mirabel fall to the ground. The chloroform took full effect, and she went to sleep. However, she felt safe.
