Diving down, I watched as Dakota smiled up at me as he fell. He had never looked more at peace with himself more than that moment. Peter was saved, he was no longer the Lizard. Dakota, kidnaped and turned assassin meant to kill me, the girl of his dreams.

His mind was destroyed beyond repair. Over and over again he had been through the Unity project against his will, each time becoming more and more of Alexander, and less and less of Dakota. Doctor Strange, Professor X, even the likes of Reed Richards could not help him. Strange told me it was because his soul wasnt just one anymore, but billions, and became impossible to pinpoint the one soul he needed. Professor X told me he was unable to help because as soon as he did, he was pushed out before he could enter the mind. Reed had told me that no matter the test, Dakota found a way out and attempted to take his life, coming closer each time.

Eventually... Dakota killed the Fantastic Four. Reed, Sue, Johnny, The Thing... even Reeds and Sues kids. From there, He made his way to the Avengers, then made a deadly cure for the Mutants. Finally, the Inhumans. He made a deadly cure for them as well, and that would mean that he would kill peter. He had set up a base of operations in Avengers Tower, and when we broke in to stop him, he was one step ahead of us. Each member of the Inhumans were killed off one by one, with Black Bolt being the first as he reversed the sonic frequency's back onto him.

It then came down to me and him... and I made a mistake. I destroyed the machine that would cure the Inhumans, and the building as well. So, that is pretty much how far we actually were before all of this. Me diving for my best friend, and him accepting his fate now that he was free. Webbing his shirt, I webbed the nearest building. Getting pulled, I looked down as I didn't feel a tug from the web I sent towards him.

In the middle of the street, laying spread out across a police vehicle, was Dakota. Jumping down, I rushed over to him, seeing his eyes were closed with the first real smile I had seen from him in years. Taking his hood, I moved it off his face, placing a hand on his cheek as it had been years since I had seen his face without a hood. Pulling him closer, I placed my forehead against his, closing my eyes.

Feeling my spider sense go off, I leaned away from him, seeing his eyes wide open with his smile. I started feeling cold, and not the wet kind from water nor the weather. Looking down, I saw that he had placed his hand on my chest, right where my heart was. Pulling his hand back, I saw the hidden blade sliding out. Once the blade was out, I let his hand go, where it went limp.

Looking at my wound, I moved over to the hood of the car and laid down on it, looking up at the sky. Looking at Dakota once more, I placed a hand on his cheek, closing my eyes as tears fell from my eyes. I was dead, and I would be with him in the next life.

Hopefully... Hopefully he will have a better live than this... with or without me.

Year 2099

Waking up, I quickly sat up and rubbed my face from the sweat that had built up from the nightmare. I was a boy who assassinated people in the past, killed millions even. Yet that was what I was, an assassin. Was. At the age of ten, I was born to be an assassin, and was I a god at it. None could hold a candle to me, and I retired at Twenty-five, because I was no longer needed.

Looking at the alarm clock as it was still ringing, it showed the date as March 18, 2099. 2:00 in the morning. Turning off the alarm, I heard a cat meowing. Hearing my phone go off, I grabbed and looked at it to see who was calling. "I'm coming!" I called out to my cat as I got out of bed and opened the door to let her into the room.

Looking at the bed, I watched as it made itself, sucked into the wall and brought out the cat bed and litter box, even dispensing cat food for the cat.

"Yeah?" I said as I answered the phone and placed it against my ear as I walked into the next room.

"Hey bud! Finger here!" An old team member of mine called out as I walked over to the front door and opened it, looked outside and closed it, checking for any packages.

Seeing my cat walk out of the room, she looked up at me. "Hi Falica!" I said as I knelt down at rubbed her head. Getting up, I opened the fridge while I waited for Fingers to tell me what he wanted, and he wasnt speaking. Pulling out a box of cereal, I opened it, where a packet flew out the top. Picking it up, I saw that it was an Ad to "WIN A DREAM TRIP FOR 2 TO KREE PARADISE."

"Listen, you gotta bring me your hack for the 6-month overhaul. A.S.A.P." Fingers said, with me shrugging as I tossed the bowl of cereal on the counter, where a dispenser added milk to the bowl as I grabbed a spoon. "You forgetting who sat next to you for a thousand missions? I know how you Fly." Fingers said as I took the bowl and sat down. "How many points you got left on your license?" He asked, where I pulled out my ID, with it showing me that I had ten left.

"At least fifty." I said as Falicia jumped onto the table, with me putting her onto the ground.

"In your dreams! See you tonight!" Fingers said, where I rolled my eyes as I didn't feel like dealing with any members of the Creed.

Later

Hearing an explosion from the TV, I looked at the couch and saw Falica laying on the TV Remote, watching with interest. Shaking my head, I grabbed my key card. "Don't watch it all day, it'll rot your mind. Bye sweetie!" I said, waving at Falica, getting a meow in return.

Opening the door, I had a huge gun pointed at my face, brandished by a nervous mugger. "The cash man!" He demanded, with me looking from the gun to him.

"Been here long?" I asked, sliding the keycard into my pocket.

"Don't fuck with me man or I'll blow a hole through your head!" The mugger threatened, with me nodding.

Unperturbed, I looked back at the mugger's weapon. "Isn't that a Z140? Alleviated titanium. Neuro charged assault model?" I asked, analyzing the weapon before I decided what to do with him.

"Uh.."

"You know you could hurt someone with this puppy... good thing it's not loaded." I said, where the Mugger looked lost for words and then his weapon as he moved it away to examine it himself.

"It's not?" He asked in disbelief.

"You gotta push the little yellow button." I said, where he turned it to its side and did just that.

"Thanks-"

Grabbing the weapon, I punched him in the face faster than he could react with a right hook, sending him down for the count. Taking the weapon apart in front of him, he looked on in shock at how fast I did it. "You know these things are VERY illegal. You could get in a shit load of trouble. I better hang onto it for you." I said, placing the parts on the counter as he scampered to his feet and ran off. Shrugging, I exited my apartment and closed the door.

Later, Garage

Entering my car, a Robotic voice greeted me. "Please enter your license." The car spoke, with me pulling out my Keycard and placing it in the wheel, then some buttons on the car door to my left. "Welcome on-board Mr. Fetchko." The car greeted, with me rolling my eyes as it got my name wrong again.

"It's Feichko." I said as I put my seatbelt on. "How are you doing this morning? Sleep OK? I didn't." I said mockingly as I pressed a button on the wheel, where the garage door started opening.

"Fuel level 6.03. Propulsion 2x4." The Car informed as a light blue screen popped onto my windshield. "You have nine points left on your license." It informed, with me knowing that it was not nine but ten. As the garage door lifts, the Megalopolis that is New York City in the year 2099 came into view. Building as tall as the sky could go, flying cars moving along with the traffic, and the ground nowhere to be seen. "Have a nice day." The car said as I let the propulsion build up.

"Right." I said as I let the gear slip and took off into the city.

Gwen POV

Feeling a flash go off, I flinched as I didn't expect such a thing. I was dead, so why was there a flash? Placing my hands around, I felt that I was in some kind of container. Seeing that I was also naked, I slid towards one of the corners, covering myself to the best of my abilities.

Looking around, I gritted my teeth. "Ouacra cocha o dayodomo binay ouacra mo cocha ferji akba ligounai makta keratapla. Tokemata tokemata! Seno santonoi-aypa! Minoi ay Cheba! Givomana seno!" I yelled, where I grabbed my throat as I realized I wasn't saying what I wanted to say, but some kind of jibberish.

"What is she saying?" I heard, where I turned to the glass and saw that I was being watched by a group of men in uniforms I had never seen before, nor the technology that they were using.

"Activate the phonic detector." I heard, with me kicking the window repeatedly. "And give her a light sedative." I heard, with a light form of gas coming in through the vent. "And something to wear!" He added, with wraps being dropped from above. Taking the wraps, I covered myself the best I could and as fast as I could as I didn't want to be seen by these creepy old dudes.

Seeing one draw closer to the glass window, I focused on him. "This thing solid?" He asked, tapping the glass.

"An elephant couldn't crack it." The second one spoke, with me smirking as I could hit harder than an elephant.

"Teno akta chataman assin-omekta!" I yelled, punching the glass and giving them the finger.

The man smiled safely behind his glass window. "You're gonna have to learn to communicate better than that angel if you want out." He said, with me gritting my teeth at being called Angel in such away. He dangled a key on a chain in front of me. Seeing where it needed to go, I rammed my fist right through the window, shocking them. I grabbed the key and yanked it, slamming him into the glass in the process, knocking him out. I put my hand through the window again, unlocked the chamber and stepped out. Feeling a bit wobly from the gas, I saw two guards coming my way. Grabbing the first, I flipped him over and kicked him in the chest, knocking him into the wall. The second one grabbed my arms, with me flipping on top of him and sending him into the ground. Hearing an alarm go off, I looked at the other two, where they made a run for it as I chased them.

Later

Running through a maze of corridors looking for a way out, a squad of security guards appeared in front of me and open fire without warning. Feeling my spider sense go off, I jumped up, grabbed an air vent and kicked it open before diving into the air shaft.

"Get me a chair or a stepladder The rest of you go through the main ventilation!" I heard one of them order as I crawled away from them.

Later

I eventually reached a grill that led outside. Pushing it out, I exited onto the ledge. Looking out, I couldn't help but see that I was somehow in the future. The city has become monstrous in size. Buildings rise 600 stories, Cars flying, Subways running vertically. Edging along the narrow ledge, I was a bit unfazed by the height but at the same time I was as this was way bigger than something from my time.

"Go on follow her!" I heard, with me looking where I had edged my way from and saw the guards looking at me.

"No way!" Another said, where one of them angrily pulled out his gun and shot at me, with me ducking the corner of the building once I reached it. Unfortunately, the other side in full of them as well. Seeing A flying police car zoom up to me, sirens blaring, I covered my face from the lights that were flashed onto me.

"This in the police. Your status is illegal. Please put up your hands and follow our instructions!" The Cops ordered, with me knowing that I would only end up back in that container.

Feeling my spider sense go off, I looked down into the endless below and all the cars flying underneath her. It wanted me to jump, like it knew I would be ok and that someone was waiting for me down there. Raising my arms, I dove off, trusting my spider sense as I had always done before. As I fell, I crashed landed into a flying car.

Dakota POV

Feeling something hit me from above, I did my best to take control of the car as we went lower and lower until we came to a stop. "You have just had an accident. Seven points have been temporarily removed." The Car told me as I pulled over to the side. "You have one point left on your license. Have a good day." The car said as I took my seatbelt off and looked into the back to see what hit me.

I gasped as I saw the girl I had been seeing in my dreams, a bit dazed, emerge from the debris and sits up. She had some blood on her face, even rubbing her head as she let out a groan. "Akina delutan, nou-shan." She said as she looked at me, then looked shocked at she saw me.

"Excuse me?" I asked as a police car with wailing sirens halts in front of us.

"You have an unauthorized passenger in your vehicle. We are going to arrest her. Please leave your hands on the wheel. Thank you for your cooperation." The police called out on the loudspeaker, with me looking at them and then back at the girl.

The police car presses up against the car. Our door sliding open. Seeing one of them aiming a gun point at her, I frowned at this as it wasnt normal for an arrest. The girl's helpless, began to cry, tears in her eyes. Glancing at her, I narrowed my eyes as I wanted her to say she needed help, something.

Gwen's POV

Looking at Dakota, I placed my hands against the glass that separated us. He was here, my spider sense led me to him! He was also alive! Taking a deep breath, I called out to him with two words, hoping that he wouldn't be a mindless killer like he used to be, but the person I knew he was. "Please... HELP!" I yelled, where he got a fire in his eyes.

Dakota POV

As soon as she called for my help, I floored it, sideswiping the police car as I flew away. "Your license has been revoked. Would you please-"

Taking out a knife, I stabbed the speaker, with it going quiet on me. Seeing the police car on our tail, I reached over with my foot and kicked the emergency shut button on the passenger side, with it closing the doors. Looking at the girl, I saw her leaning against the glass, a large smile on her face as she cried more tears of joy.

Dodging the other cars coming our way, I knew that she was having a rocky ride back there. Looking at the cops behind us, I saw that they were having trouble following, but then another cop car comes to join in the fun. Seeing another appear in front of me, I dove straight down.

"Daya deo dono Dato. Dalutan!" The girl called out, with me looking at her as she was pressed against the back window.

"If there's one thing, I don't need advice on, it's how to drive!" I called out as I knew she was giving me orders or whatever.

Seeing an opening, I turned my car sideways and scraped through a narrow passageway, scrapping the roof. Seeing the police do the same, they got stuck. Once out the other side, I once again dove straight down to get away from the police.

Later

Being vertical on a billboard, I looked back at the girl. "We'll wait till things quiet down a bit. You mind?" I asked, seeing that she was out of it. "Shit!" I said, opening my door and climbing out. Getting on top of the rood, I tossed myself into the backseat, where I placed two fingers against her neck, feeling a pulse. She grabbed my shirt collar and pulls me close, her lips next to my ear.

"...Supreme." She said, with me not getting the first word.

"You're going to need to rest... Come on we'll get you to a doctor!" I said, getting into a position to pick her up so that we could leave my car behind as it was a dead giveaway.

"Doctor... Strange... Sorcerer... Supreme." She said, with me remembering him from the dream I had.

"Doctor Strange?" I asked, where she nodded before passing out. "Come on, wake up! I need more than that!" I said, where a light came on. Looking out the roof of the car, I saw a strange symbol on a large glass building. I had seen this before, and this was the house of Doctor Strange.
