Of Gods and Monsters
The wind blew gently through Squall's hair as he looked over the small balcony of Balamb Garden. Had it really been that big a deal he thought as he touched the bandage wrapped around his head. It was only a small cut, Siefer just got lucky that was all. Squall thought as he laid his head against his knee. His head still throbbed, like a vice gripped was closing on his brain. But he pushed the pain aside, he had more important things to think about. Like why everyone was so pathetically involved with one another. All he needed was his gun blade and his self and he was set.
The door opened with a hydraulic hiss, and Zell stepped in from out of the 2nd floor hall. He glanced at Squall and walked over to the side of the balcony and leaned on it. He wore a grimace on his face, like he was going to explode if he didn't say something, so Squall took the initiative.
"Don't talk to me... If you need to say something to someone go see Mrs. Kadowaki." Sqaull turned his head away from Zell and still held his knee up his other leg was stretched across the rail.
"Geez! People are right. Your not very nice man. But that's ok, The names Zell, you must be Sqaull." Zell looked at his gloved hand, and brushed it on the side of his pants then offered it for a hand shake.
"I thought I told you not to talk to me." Squall said, his voice muffled behind his leg.
"I know, but instructor Trepe sent me to get you." Zell said cheerfully. "Shee needs to ask you something.
