I walked in to see Jamie, she was crying. But smiling. I sat in the chair
beside her bed and hugged her.
"Landon...I'm not dying," she said softly, her tears running down her face.
"I know," I said, tears forming in my eyes also.
"Medically...I don't think it was possible..." she said, closing her eyes. "I don't think God wanted to take me yet..."
"I got my number one, Jamie. I wanted a miracle. Now you got your miracle, too."
~*~*~*~*~
I was sent home two days later. I had never seen Landon happier. Now we can have more summers like our first one together.
He told me that his number one was to experience a miracle. We've both accomplished number one on our lists. I was married in the church my mother grew up in...he got a miracle.
I've always had my faith. My faith in God. Since I first started talking to Landon, I had faith in him too. I know he'll become something great. He got accepted into medical school. I didn't apply to a college, but I believe I will when I am better.
We will be together. I know that whatever happens, we can come through it. Landon is a strong person, he can do anything. I am gradually becoming stronger, knowing that the cancer is no longer destroying me.
I still can't believe it. I am living, I will be healthy, I will continue to live with Landon. Things could not possibly be any better.
We both have our miracles.

Thanks for the reviews...
For any other negative readers, though, saying that the fic is too fluffy...
I usually only write dark fics (they're floating around in the older sections, I've been through many SNs over the past two and a half years), so this is a change...hope the fluffiness isn't sickening. ~_^ Anyway, thanks for reading.
