***Third attempt posting this! Please let me know if the format is still weird or if it's finally okay!***

A day later Jade told her mother she was spending a few days with Channel and Chantel. She barely paid attention to her and just nodded her head as she didn't really care. Jade grabbed a backpack and walked to the closest town. She was going to wait for Ron at the train Station but she realized she didn't have Muggle money.

Luckily Ron thought of it and got out of the station and found her outside. He paid for her ticket and got on the train.

"Honestly, I thought you wouldn't call me so soon," Ron said. "It got that bad, huh?"

"Yeah. It's just tough listening to how they are going to kill people and feel nothing. And how proud everyone is and they celebrate that he is back."

Four hours later or so, they finally arrived at Surrey, where Ron lived. A redhead man was waiting for them. It was then when Jade felt extremely nervous. She hadn't thought much about Ron's parents.

"You must be Jade, nice to meet you," the man said offering his hand to her, which she took. "I'm Arthur."

"Nice to meet you Mr. Weasley," she said with a shy smile.

They went to a corner and got out brooms. Arthur used one while Ron and Jade shared a second one. Ron wasn't as good so Jade held on to his clothes tightly because she thought she was going to fall, she didn't even dare to look down.

Finally they were on the ground and she was thankful for that. She saw a weird looking house and lots of green areas. You couldn't see another house nearby. They walked in and went to the kitchen where Ron's mother was.

"Mum, this is my friend, Jade."

"Thanks for letting me come Mrs. Weasley," Jade as the older woman shook her hand.

"No problem dear, come, you came just on time for lunch."

Ron's siblings, at least the ones who still lived at the house, didn't stop staring at her. She was obviously uncomfortable but tried to be as polite as possible. She even tried not to roll her eyes or laugh or say anything sarcastic as she always did. It was harder than Jade thought.

"So, Jade, Ron told us you live in Wiltshire," Arthur said. "I've heard it's beautiful over there."

"It is, I'm very lucky to live there. The countryside is beautiful and we have a local Quidditch field. It's small but it's good enough."

"Wow, really?" Ron exclaimed. "You didn't tell me that."

"How is it being in Slytherin?" Ginny asked out of nowhere, her parents gave her a look but Jade just smiled.

"Besides being hated by three quarters of the students, if not more, it's not bad. The common room is beautiful because it's underwater. It gives the common room this special and natural blue green colour, you know? And I suppose it's just like being in any other house. Nothing special, or good or bad about it."

"Yeah, I agree. The light that comes through the windows, that first goes through the lake just makes the area look very nice."

"And how do you even know that?" Jade asked.

"Uh, well, I heard about it..."

"Liar," the twins said in unison.

"I was there once, okay?"

"How?" Arthur asked his son.

"We slipped inside with Harry."

"Did you just slip in... by chance?" Jade asked, being sarcastic for the first time. Molly quickly changed the subject.

"Uh, anyway, Jade, how was the train ride over here? Have you ever been to Surrey?"

"Uh, no. This is my first time. And the train ride was quite interesting."

After lunch the twins and Ginny left the house. Their mother asked them to go buy some groceries and that left her alone with Ron and his parents.

"Jade, I wanted to tell you that Ronald told us everything that happened." Jade looked down to the ground at Molly's word. "He told us about your family but you don't have to be ashamed, dear."

"Why not?" Jade asked, still looking down.

"Because you haven't done anything wrong," Arthur told her.

"I can see you are a kind person and you are really suffering because of your parents' decisions. I know my kids still feel a bit weird but don't mind them, they still see you as a bad Slytherin but I don't. I see you as a girl who doesn't know what to do," Molly told her. "So, don't feel out of place or rejected. Because Arthur and I are more than okay with you being here, and the others just have to get used to it."

"Thank you."

That night was hard and awkward. She had to share the room with Ron's little sister. She lied on the bed, wide awake and she knew that Ginny was awake too. Probably glaring at her or thinking of ways to hex her. The next night didn't get any better.

However, things slightly improved between her and the twins when they played some Quidditch when two more Weasleys came for a visit. Charlie, George, Ginny and Ron were in one team. While Arthur, Bill, Fred and Jade were in the other. Jade forgot for a moment that she wasn't playing for Slytherin, and that she was playing with the Weasley family. She scored so many times that now Ron was scared every time he saw her.

Her team won despite Ginny catching the snitch, by about sixty points. Arthur and his older sons were impressed at Jade, who didn't know how good she was. Fred and George knew how much of a threat she was as they were in the Gryffindor team and they usually aimed at her or her brother, so Fred was a bit relieved to be on her team. Ron and Ginny knew she was good but playing against her was a complete different story. Now they understood the twins when they complaint about her either before or after a match.

"I want her in my team next time!" Charlie exclaimed just before he went inside the house to drink some water.

The twins slowly accepted her more, Fred even attempted to give her the money she earned in the bet but she refused once again but told him that if she ever needed one of their inventions to at least give her a free sample.

Ginny never came around and Jade didn't care that much but it was always awkward to be in the same room as her, especially when it was just them.

Only a few days after she arrived, they had to move somewhere else for a few days. Jade was confused. Everyone grabbed each other's hand and apparated at a place Jade didn't know.

Jade heard parts of what was going on and even got to meet the famous Sirius Black, who at first had no idea who she was but then she said her mother was Raven and he understood who she was. For the first time Jade felt ashamed of saying her parents' names aloud and being related to them. However, Sirius didn't really treat her any different or look at her differently. But Jade felt judged.

Potter arrived that night some hours after them, he was shocked to see the brunette girl in there. Potter spent every summer with the Weasleys, but this time it was an emergency and it seemed that he was in a big trouble. They moved here because this was now the Order of the Phoenix's headquarters, a group against Voldemort.

"Well, that's not good," Jade commented after Potter told them what happened to him with Dementors involved. "Why would Dementors be so far from Azkaban and why in a Muggle town? Like, it's very random, you know?"

"Do you know that Muggles can't see them?" Potter asked them, but looking at Jade.

"Yeah, I study, you know?" Jade said, being sarcastic for the first time since she arrived. She was able to control herself around the Weasleys but it was different around Potter. "They feel them but can't see them."

"My cousin is a Muggle so he is a perfect witness... plus he hates me, so even if he could see them, he would be of no use."

"Potter, you know this wasn't an accident, right?"

"Yeah, some people said that as well."

As Jade spent more time there, she realized Sirius was actually a really cool guy. He even told her stories about her mother when she was at school. Raven was older than Sirius but he had a couple of good stories Jade didn't know.

She also realized Potter was more annoying than she thought. She usually couldn't control her sarcasm or sassy attitude around him and Potter would just start getting angry and Jade as usual didn't show how she felt so Potter would just get angrier. And he also didn't like that Jade and Sirius spent a lot of time talking, as if he was jealous.

A few days later Potter had the hearing at the Ministry and on that same day, Jade had to return home. They even traveled to the Ministry together with Mr. Weasley, as they were already in London, it didn't take them long but they had to use Muggle transportation. Jade had never used the tube and she was just as lost as Mr. Weasley.

"So, is this how Muggles move around?" Jade asked, looking around her. She was holding on to a pole as there were no seats available and some creepy guys were close to her. They were eyeing her in a very disturbing way.

"This is one way," Potter answered.

After four stops, the three of them got out. Mr. Weasley and Jade just followed Potter and looked amazed at everything around them. They both were shocked they had to get into another 'train'. They couldn't understand why the last one couldn't take them where they needed to be.

"Who would have known we would be here, Potter?" Jade said with a sarcastic chuckle and Potter nodded. This one was empty and Potter and Jade had both found seats, they were sat right in front of the other, refusing to sit together, while Mr. Weasley was examining Muggle objects.

"Why are you even here?"

"Like right now? Well, I'm going to America in just one day so I need to go back home and I've already stayed long enough, I don't want to be a burden to Ron's parents. Especially with what is happening with you at the moment."

"Why are you going to America?"

"Because I'm rich and can afford it..." Jade stopped and looked down, yes, it was going to be hard to behave around Potter. "Do you actually want to know?" Jade asked in a softer tone and Potter nodded. "My brother's fiancée lives in America, so we are going to visit her and her family and probably they will set a date for the wedding and we've never been to America so we'll travel around a bit."

"Your brother is engaged?" Harry asked shocked. "To an American girl?"

"No, she's Scottish. But moved to America years ago."

"Isn't he like just eighteen?"

"So?" Jade asked pretending to find it normal even when she didn't, after all she wasn't going to tell him they were engaged since they were two or three years old. "My mother got married at nineteen."

Jade followed Arthur and Potter all the way inside the Ministry. Harry had never been there but Jade had, she only hoped she wouldn't bump into her mother. Before they went any further Arthur turned to Jade and gave her a quick hug, she was taken aback.

"It was a pleasure to meet you, Jade," he told her. "And just so you know, you haven't been a burden, quite the opposite. And wanted to tell you that you are always welcome at our home."

"Thank you so much, Mr. Weasley," Jade said in all honesty. She had never felt so welcome at any place, not even her own house. "And Potter... good luck."

Jade stood motionless for a few minutes after the two of them had walked away. She didn't want to go back home but she knew she had to. Missing this 'event' would be such a scandal and almost like a betrayal, so missing it wasn't an option.

So she walked to one of the many 'fireplaces', she muttered her address and when she opened her eyes she was back at her manor. She went up to her room and took a long shower. Apparently no one was home and she was glad about it.

I don't know what to say today haha

So, I'll just ask. What house would you be in? Based on Pottermore and many other sites, I'd be in Sytherin and I think it's right. (I'm not evil lol)
